I stayed on 8th floor room and the view from the balcony was really pretty. It faced the Patong Beach.
The breakfast was great too, lots of varieties.
It's located near to the beach, less than 5 minutes walking. They have a shortcut to the beach.
They upgraded my room. The tap water was bad when I stayed there, it was not clear (yellowish) and smells.
The staff at the reception was polite but not friendly. The price I got for this hotel is worth the service and facilities. In my point of view, the sea view from the hotel room balcony is a very great and memorable. It gave me and my husband a "wow".
They really need to work on the water though and the friendliness of their staffs, especially the ones at the reception.

Extremely friendly and efficient staff
Room was great with fantastic view on the balcony of the sea
Breakfast was excellent
Location very convenient - close to the beach and shops but still quiet location When we arrived from Australia we were extremely tired after having travelled for more than 14 hours. The staff greeted us with a welcome drink and showed us our room where they explained the lighting and airconditioning. We were upgraded to a superior room and had a fantastic view over the ocean. We can highly recommend this hotel to any of our friends and will definitely stay here again.

i like the room, so neat and convenient to stay as im a single traveller here. clean was become the main point the hotel has given me. easy to reach to mini mart and to beach as well. safe is the most important for me. have to stay here next time i come to phuket, feels like home. staffs can speak english well. this hotel in progress of renovation at the lobby, so mybe looks not so profesional as i thought it was. but so far, this hotel give me satisfactory for me to staying and enjoy my holiday i like the hotel, coz it easy for me to reach the beach and find the foods also mini mart, as im a single traveller came to phuket, safety and easier ways is the most important for me
this hotel quite convenient coz its clean and neat, from the bed room and bath room, feels like home. i will stay here next time i come to phuket.
coz from 3rd floor we can get shortcut to the beach directly

beautiful view communication prob with room service I have been to so many Island before but this was my best trip, ofcourse this time I was accompained with my wife. Hotel was simply amazing , huge building, clean spacy rooms and cheerful reception and chilling welcome drinks. Pool was also very clean. I stayed for 4 days in Phuket and went to many island from there. Patong was really happening place and I really fall in love with the Phuket's night life-specially saturday night. I would love to go again

the staff was friendly enough, but not overly it just seemed a bit worn out and cavernous This hotel really offered little beyond its relatively cheap price. And that price can be matched and bettered at the multitude of other hotels that Phuket has to offer. On the one hand I remind myself that I was getting what I paid for, on the other hand, I felt that with a bit more shopping around, or a bit more money, I could have had a much more enjoyable stay. The pool was big, but basic with essentially zero landscaping. In other words, a big rectangle of a pool that looked like it was built in 1975. The in-room phone looked to have been of the same era. The tv was very small as well. And when it came time for my departure and I requested help getting transportation, all that the front desk was willing to offer was very expensive hotel car, or I could walk across the street and try the hotel next door... which I did and got a significantly cheaper ride to the airport. All in all, nothing special and certainly not a hotel that I would go back to.

The front desk staff are helpful. The welcome notes from the signage board and the lemon tea are most warming.
The stuffs serving the breakfast could use some SMILE to make the day better. I also cannot make the water heater to work. it is either too cold or too hot. Booked a room with sea view but was disappointed to find that the view is not so great with a foot ball field and some tress in front of the hotel. The tiled floor instead of carpet make the room less classy.
The response of the house keeping and technician was efficient when i accidentally broke a glass and when the water heater breaks now.
Overall i would not spend the extra cash for a sea view room. Perhaps a normal room would be sufficient.
Restaurant Tip : Try the food stalls outside the hotel. The fried chicken with sticky rice and mango with sticky rice are good. The seafood stalls also tasted better than those further down the street and the price are cheaper too.

Was at a good location. Not noisy and away from main road. Hotel was old and rooms were small although it advertises as being suites. During booking, we upgraded to the bigger suite which cost more. Actually only looked so in the pictures. Actual rioom was tiny even if we paid much more for it. We had to change rooms as the original room given smelled so bad. Not sure why the staff did not notice the foul smell. Breakfast choice was very limited and hotel did not top up items when its finished.

it was beautiful inside and outside
it was close tho the beach; there was this nice shortcut through the hotel to the nearest beach which was a best.
and it was also close to lots of shops and restaurants and massage centers.
i enjoyed my stay and will recommend it to friends and family.
the rooms were beautiful and clean and comfy
the view was spectacular and the pool was perfect.

The advantages of this hotel are the very friendly personnel, great service and the room clearness. The only thing that can cause a little inconvenience is the fact that there are only two elevators (lifts) is this hotel that is
20-storey building. Bus this is no so annoying. Me, my husband and our 4 year old son liked this hotel very much. We definitely will stay in this hotel next time and recommend it to other travelers.

The room was a great size. There is a sitting area with a balcany that overlooks the ocean We had no con with this hotel The location was in a quiet setting with many good restaurants around and close to the beach. The rooms were a great size. There is a sitting area with a balcony that looks over the bay. The breakfast every morning was in a restaurant beside the pool. The pool was a large size with many chairs. On the morning when we were leaving they packed us a breakfast to eat on the way to the airport. Everyone there was always very friendly.
Restaurant Tip : The restaurant across from the front of the hotel was excellent.

They had bugs in the room. Bathroom to small, Do not like to have every move I made watched, Room was not cleaned so well every day. Stole my sweat shirt. During my stay there I had bugs in my room every day and they did nothing about it. The cleaning staff does not do that great of a job cleaning the rooms. They did not stock my refrigerator every day. The same suite I had last year the bathroom was bigger, they gave me a smaller room and bathroom and called it a suite like I had last year and it was not the same. I do not care to be watched like a child every time I enter or leave the hotel. I was not happy at all staying there this year.
Travel tip : The area / location was great. It has every thing you want close by in walking distance. You can find what ever you want to do , go , eat etc right by this hotel. But I was very unhappy with the hotel and the room compared to my stay before.

Location, room view, friendly staff The last two days of our trip- the hot water stop running I enjoyed my stay at the Andaman Beach Suites. It was our Honeymoon and we booked the Deluxe Sea view room. We have a full view of the ocean. Since it was our Honeymoon they decorated our bed with roses. It was very nice. I like how they put a your name on the welcome board on the day of your arrival. The only con I have for this hotel is the hot water. One minute the water would be hot, the nice it would be freezing cold. Our last two days, the hot water stop running.

Location, Decent Breakfast Building is old and rooms are not sound proof at all. I had a fabulous corner room on a high floor and was able to enjoy views of both the sea and the mountains. The room was clean, but for the amount I paid I think the bathroom could use updating. The location was good because it was not in the middle of the Patong insaneness but close enough to walk to the beach and anywhere else you wanted. The noise that woke me was hotel noise and not street noise. Breakfast was decent, but nothing special.
Restaurant Tip : Go to the Red Boat for dinner - great seafood!
