Was at a good location. Not noisy and away from main road. Hotel was old and rooms were small although it advertises as being suites. During booking, we upgraded to the bigger suite which cost more. Actually only looked so in the pictures. Actual rioom was tiny even if we paid much more for it. We had to change rooms as the original room given smelled so bad. Not sure why the staff did not notice the foul smell. Breakfast choice was very limited and hotel did not top up items when its finished.

it was beautiful inside and outside
it was close tho the beach; there was this nice shortcut through the hotel to the nearest beach which was a best.
and it was also close to lots of shops and restaurants and massage centers.
i enjoyed my stay and will recommend it to friends and family.
the rooms were beautiful and clean and comfy
the view was spectacular and the pool was perfect.

The advantages of this hotel are the very friendly personnel, great service and the room clearness. The only thing that can cause a little inconvenience is the fact that there are only two elevators (lifts) is this hotel that is
20-storey building. Bus this is no so annoying. Me, my husband and our 4 year old son liked this hotel very much. We definitely will stay in this hotel next time and recommend it to other travelers.

They had bugs in the room. Bathroom to small, Do not like to have every move I made watched, Room was not cleaned so well every day. Stole my sweat shirt. During my stay there I had bugs in my room every day and they did nothing about it. The cleaning staff does not do that great of a job cleaning the rooms. They did not stock my refrigerator every day. The same suite I had last year the bathroom was bigger, they gave me a smaller room and bathroom and called it a suite like I had last year and it was not the same. I do not care to be watched like a child every time I enter or leave the hotel. I was not happy at all staying there this year.
Travel tip : The area / location was great. It has every thing you want close by in walking distance. You can find what ever you want to do , go , eat etc right by this hotel. But I was very unhappy with the hotel and the room compared to my stay before.

Location, room view, friendly staff The last two days of our trip- the hot water stop running I enjoyed my stay at the Andaman Beach Suites. It was our Honeymoon and we booked the Deluxe Sea view room. We have a full view of the ocean. Since it was our Honeymoon they decorated our bed with roses. It was very nice. I like how they put a your name on the welcome board on the day of your arrival. The only con I have for this hotel is the hot water. One minute the water would be hot, the nice it would be freezing cold. Our last two days, the hot water stop running.

Staff were very nice and tried hard to make you feel at home. Beautiful new resort by the sea. Rooms were well appointed and I appreciated the large stand-aloneshower with the big glass doors. They are still working out the technical problems, i.e. no wi-fi signal so couldn't use my laptop computer, no cell phone signal, so couldn't use my cell phone. Too much noise due to new building construction. Only one restaurant. Nice quiet resort with friendly attentive staff. A little bit out of the way with not much to do or activity near the hotel. Nice quiet beach. If you are looking to get away from all the hustle and crowds of Patong, this is the place for you and your lover.
Hotel Feature Tip : Big pool and nice bathrooms.

Free upgrade, big room, good view, polite & courteous staff. Not informed that renovation was going on, smallish toilet, no takeaway laundry bag & was not informed that laundry bag in room is chargeable. I am a very frequent visitor to Phuket. On checking-in, the staff were polite and courteous. Location was rather ok in Patong but would have preferred if it was nearer to the beach. Unlike depicted by the pictures available which gave an impression that it was near the beach. Facilities in the hotel were a bit lacking and certain restrictions imposed by the hotel were a bit ridiculous i.e. people coming to visit were charged by the hotel if they render services i.e. massage. My wife is of the impression that this hotel is ridiculous especially embarrassingly asking for the laundry bag on check-out otherwise charging bht 150 for it. My wife vows that this will be the last time she will stay at this hotel.
Restaurant Tip : Location very near local delicacies.

The hotel was in a great location, the room was good sized, it was clean, the breakfast was good, the staff was nice, the facilities were great. Nice clean pool and only a short walk to the beach. I thought the Andaman Beach Suites was great. They were very welcoming when we arrived, they took great care of us while we were there and they gave us a late check-out when we left. The rooms were good sized and clean, they kept it up well while we we there. The staff was very friendly and responsive. The breakfast was good and plenty of choices. The pool was very nice and well kept. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone going to Patong beach.

It's much more quiet than living on the other side of the bars, and it's only a 10 or 15 miniute walk to the bars. Most importantly, outside the hotel, there are heaps of vendors and restaurants of your choice. P.S. Banana shake on the stall is much more cheaper than any whereelse. It's only 20B, and delicious! The hotel should have a little tea table on the balcony, that will make the suite more adorable. And also, I would prefer a real king size bed rather than a double-single king size. This hotel is located opposite Holiday Inn against the bars, but here it is much more quite and convenient. Massage service is marvelous at the hotel. And don't miss the breakfast! It's better than you expect!
Shopping Tip : There is a shop right beside to the tailor shop outside the restaurant, where you can find things cheaper. And dont miss the fruit shake on the vendor stalls! They are quite good and cheap!

The view, the friendly staff, the large pool (although don't dive as it's a bit shallow for adults), and great location. The commentator of the afternoon football game in front of the hotel with his loud music and exciting commentary...in Thai. One morning he even started at 6.15 am! The AC units are not connected to the thermostats which means icicles in the room if you do not get up in the middle of the night to turn it off. I have stayed at this hotel on a couple of occasions now both on my own and with family. It is a nice property although even after more than one year, you still hear some renovations in the property. I like the location of the property and the views are to die for regardless of which floor you are on. The breakfast which is included is good value for an inclusion. Yes, I will be back.
Travel tip : Some great restaurants right on the beach and within 500 metres.
