Overall good hotel, the only gripe was having to pay 500 Bht for 24 hours of internet usage, they charged 400 Bht for 1 hour, a bit of a con, also, rent a moped 200 Bht per day to get up the hill. Restaurant Tip : Nice restaurant just up from the hotel.

Good rooms, great views, very relaxed feel Big hill - need either to pay for a tuk tuk up the hill every time or it is a tough climb. Staff's english poor in comparison to other places in Thailand The location with regard to the view is fantastic. The rooms are spacious and comfortable depending on where you are situated. I had an ocean view room that was fantastic. Travelled in a group and we all had different accomodation. Steps to the rooms can be a drag. Staff are friendly but difficult to communicate with. Staff at this hotel have very poor english skills. I would stay here again although it got tiring paying 100 baht everytime we wanted to come back up the hill.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Make sure you have an elephant ride at Changs safari. Massages at Rumtub down the hill are good enough and cheap enough to have every day.

Breakfast. Nice pool in a good setting. At Agoda prices this hotel is perhaps acceptable. Up a hill. Need a motorbike to enjoy the location. Staff: hit and miss. Kata beaches were nice - we never made it to Karon - which was a lot further away than we had anticipated. We also visited Patang one evening - it was best to hire a taxi for the afternoon because the price for return taxi's at night cost about 500 bhat.
Hotel Feature Tip : Be preared to go everywhere by Taxi/tuk-tuk if you don't like hill's in 30 degrees +

Hotel design is very straight people feel warm. Unlike the design of the hotel instead of placing the house as their own I do not think that could hang a good satisfactory Hotel staff are very enthusiastic like it very much.
