You can experince everything about fantastic travels
The resort is located very close to the beach
and All the restaurant are high qualities
Swimming pools also are so nice especially in front of Xana bar
You have to choose this resort if you go to phuket!

the stay in angsana was great. most of the staff were very professional,helpful, polite and always working with smile. but an inccident happened make me feel a bit upset. my 3 yr-old kid hurted her leg and bleed at the swimming pool near the beach. i went to the bar to ask for a bangage, but there were no first aid box. all the staff were very busy at serving drink, only one staff paid attention to us and called sercurity team to come for first aid. we waited for more than 15 mintues for just a bangage. while waiting for the bangage, i ordered a club sandwiches, it took about another 20 minutes to be served.

Beautiful Resort Facilities; Pricey food

I stayed at the resort for my last two nights in Phuket.
The pool and a lagoon are great. I really enjoyed swimming in their pool and kayaking around in the lagoon.
The room was nice as well. It large and well furnished.
My only complaints are that I felt the food was over priced and the TV had no movies.
Free wifi was slow but acceptable in the room.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
You should really make an effort to visit an area outside of the resort (300 baht shuttle bus). While nice, the resort is not a good indication of Phuket.

front desk is helpful & hotel area is so nice

i stayed with my family at this hotel. i checked-in late at about 5pm, only 2-twin beds were available, but I required 1 room with a double bed. then the front desk tried their best & finally could get one double-bed room which was facing directly to pool. the whole hotel environment is clean & tidy.
The breadfast buffet got a large variety of food which was good.

We were a group travellers of 4 ladies, and were given a room upgrade complimentary of charge, because it's our first time in Thailand. Great service was done everyday by the room service to lit lemongrass aromatherapy in our room, so when we got back into our room we were able to smell the lovely lemongrass. We had dinner in their Banta Alay restaurant and we are of the opinion that it was good Thai food. Breakfast food is great too!
Hotel Feature Tip:
Laguna complex is resort-styled, so one of the things we sort of regretted not to do is to spend a whole day just relaxing in the hotel itself. So make sure that you enjoyed yourself by doing activities in the resort itself (yoga class, swimming in the lagoon, kayaking, boatsailing, etc)

Nothing could have been more lovely for honeymoon than this hotel. Room was upgraded to a 2 bedroom suite which was elegant and comfotable, the pool area and surrounds is massive with lovely landscaping, breakfast was everything you could hope for and staff superb. Recommend for a romantic relaxing holiday away to be pampered and restore wellbeing. This hotel has a true sense of space and grandness in a beautiful environment.
