Relaxing
Nice quiet surroundings, room was very nice and free wifi
7.7
I was upgraded to the 1 room loft upon check-in. The loft was excellent and it included an open air shower and tub which was nice for a soak under the stars..

Spectacular hotel with great service

A great hotel to stay in adjacent to the Andaman Sea with all facilities available and excellent, smiling service.
Hotel Feature Tip:
The wireless connection seemed weak in my room.

Great two-storey rooms, very quiet!
Peaceful Laguna location, cooperative and friendly staff
7.3
Stayed here for a wedding recently, and enjoyed the place so much I'd consider going back! Received a generous upgrade on arrival, and much appreciated flexibility with regard to check-out time, made the experience that much better. Two-storey room is great, very quiet at night on the laguna, outdoor shower, nice sitting areas indoors and out. A bit of a walk from entry/reception to the room, but that adds to the peace and quiet. Plenty of families in the pool, etc, but no disturbance at night.

Poor Value for money
Ok for family with plenty for kids
4.3
As a former estate manager and resident of Thailand for 10 years, I can say this has to be one of the worst resorts I have stayed in.
Ridiculously overpriced and not particularly clean. guest areas and rooms need detailing and serious attention.
The hotel layout is confusing and sprawling and generally lacks atmosphere.
The food at the outlets is expensive and not great, some of the staff were surly.
A couple of redeeming features are the breakfasts, (the buffet is OK), and the beds are comfortable.
This resort is definitely relying on families booking a package tour back home blind via an agent.
If you're a savvy, discerning traveler or in the region on business then pass by, stay at the JW Marriott instead. Cheaper, cleaner, better standards and friendly staff.
This hotel - no more than 3*
Travel tip:
Ok if you have kids and have booked all inclusive and want to stay by the pool

I lived in Grand Wing side. I like it. There are many families to stay here. I think it really good for family. Family with younger kids or older kids. there is a baby elephant is this hotel. It's really cute. You can take picture with it. I think kids all love it. But one of the hotel reception staff is not good. Her name sound pronounce "Bong ka".
Restaurant Tip:
Steak is really yummy in Bodega & Grill. You hv to try it!

If you stay in Angsana Laguna,
You can experince everything about fantastic travels
The resort is located very close to the beach
and All the restaurant are high qualities
Swimming pools also are so nice especially in front of Xana bar

Beautiful Resort Facilities; Pricey food
8.3
I stayed at the resort for my last two nights in Phuket.
The pool and a lagoon are great. I really enjoyed swimming in their pool and kayaking around in the lagoon.
The room was nice as well. It large and well furnished.
My only complaints are that I felt the food was over priced and the TV had no movies.
Free wifi was slow but acceptable in the room.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
You should really make an effort to visit an area outside of the resort (300 baht shuttle bus). While nice, the resort is not a good indication of Phuket.
