Its a newly furnished hotel with nice decoration, nice lobby, nice swimming pool and good dining. Good to experience this luxury holiday.
Restaurant Tip:
The dining at pool side is nice, the fried rice and fried noodle also good, esp with the chili sauce.

-the beach club is the best spot
-stay in the resort and fully utilise their facilities, there're plenty of activities
Nightlife Tip:
it takes around half an hour to get to the Patong beach if you're looking for night life

Relaxing

We stayed 5 nights in 2 interconnecting Laguna Rooms. Checkin was efficient and welcoming, our rooms were on the 4 th floor overlooking the pool and were quiet, clean , bed very comfy and room of a general high standard. The resort staff were very friendly and our kids loved the visits from Lucky the elephant every morning and afternoon. The pool was huge and clean and a lovely temperature to swim in. The new beach club was open but still not fully completed and whilst construction was still going on around us it didn't impact at all on enjoying the facility. The standard of the food was excellent , especially Baan Talay, the buffet breakfast was extremely busy of a morning but still plenty of choices, including all coffee types. We stayed here 15 years ago on 2 occasions when the resort was the Sheraton, since then a lot of improvements have been made. As we stayed in the quiter season there weren't many local beach restaurants open, so all of our eating was done in the resorts so no local bargain dishes were had. All in all, en enjoyable relaxing stay.

Amazing hotel , great for families with children

We stayed in a two bedrooms loft . The whole place is amazing ,nicely decorated , clean and overlooking the lagoon and the romantic wedding chapel ! We loved the rooftop area -an added bonus . Our children( 14 and 12 years old ) enjoyed the kayaking , pools and the various family activities at the Canal Shopping Village which is just across the lagoon . We were also impressed with the daily token of Local crafts given by the hotel . The Breakfast Buffet was great but the other restaurants were overpriced .

Great hotel with a smile
Very quiet and nice view rooms

We were very satisfied with this hotel.
It was low season so the hotel was very quiet n good to rest.
The rooms are huge n clean.
We liked toilet with bathtub.
But only one no good thing is the location.
Need to spend taxi fee too much for taking other place.
If wanna stay long at the Phuket I suggest to rent a car the cost is just 1300bt for a day.
It's much better than taking taxi every time.
Except the transport I want to stay this hotel again.
Restaurant Tip:
There r many restaurant out side the laguna.
