Basic hotel but all you need for exploring the hotel. Rooms were cleaned every day. The only downside is that they seem too keen to get more money out of you. As soon as you check in you are told that if you lose the electronic key it will cost you 2,000 baht and there is a huge list in the room quoting extortionate prices for any damages. Overall a reasonable hotel and away from the worst parts of Patong.

There were no surprises when we arrived - all went according to plan, and our stay met all our expectations for a value-for-money overnight-er in Patong. The room was cleaner and more spacious than we expected, given other reviews of this hotel.

nice hotel, good location a 2min walk to bars and restauraunts, 5 mins to busy bangla rd and 10mins to the beach. the hotel rooms where clean the staff were pleasant, we only stayed 3 nights but we were very happy with the stay.

Lousy service...staff were not helpful at all...always answered my enquiries with 'i dont know'..
They couldn't understand simple english.Call them for assistance to my room and they took 45 mins to come to my room..Air conditioned lobby was full of mosquitoes..i will never reccomend this hotel to anyone...service was zero...
