good hotel, but too bad located in flooded area

the hotel facilities are good, and good value of money. but i came in the wrong season , and the road in fornt of the hotel is flooded up to the knee, thus making the hotel un accessable during rain. don't come to the hotel during rainy (monsoon) season. deluxe room are very good value of money. large rooms.

Flash deal, 70% off! Thought it was fantastic offer, until I arrived. The room was average but worn with several things were broken. The hallway to the room was cluttered with cleaning gear. Breakfast was so bad that I went and ate elsewhere (even though breakfast was included in the rate). A very bad hotel only to be considered if on a very tight budget and if all others are full. Avoid!

it is a well located hotel, quite convenient, walking distance to the famous shopping mall, pub street and market. Luckily, it is not on the main road, so we wont hear the noise from the pub street at night. But, the only thing they need to make inprovement is the internet access, it only allow to surf net at the lobby area but not inside the room.

pay extra for internet and the rooms face onto another hotel so you have no view. i felt like this hotel charge extra for everything. i will not stay here again, truthfully. felt trapped in this hotel. but it is close to shopping. still is fair walk from bangla road.

is a fine place to stay but the lift a bit problem also need extra money for people stay.
they having renovation so the roof top swimming pool cannot use by this momment, the staff a bit unfriendly.
