It was OK and much below expectations. No Lift, had to carry the bags myself. Corridors are not much clean. Rooms are ok for one night stay. Stay in this hotel if you just need a place to sleep and would be spending most of the time ouside. Nothing to do in the hotel. Location is pretty good. Closer to shopping mall and patong entertainment lane.

Staff is friendly and allow us to early check-in. Good location which near to night market. Air-conditioner, shower is in good condition. A simple place.

Near to city, Very near to Indian papadam restaurant.

For Budget vise is good.Basic services are there. Especially good for indians because opposite Indian papadam restaurant. Its very good tasty food :)

Lovely hotel and service with a smile
The location - nite life,shopping restaurants,and a 10 minute stroll to the beach.

I enjoyed my stay here, the staff were friendly and helpful and spoke good English, only a 10 minute walk from the markets and a 15 minute walk from Bangla rd entertainment area, I found it good value for money

Best hotel in Phuket

Very good and friendly reception, they are available all the time, nice and helpsom. The hotel is very clean. Good value for the price. The location is good, specially to the Jungcylone shopping mål( this is very important when one stay in Phuket). The only negative thing is the old ferniture, specially the matres of the beds which should be changed. Some body has written that the hotel has luxury ferniture, bus this is absolutly not true and misleading. The ferniture are very old, out of date and useless. The beds are very big, but very uncomfortable. I hope that the owner do some thing with that problem, which is the only defect. I absolutly advice this hotel.

This place is very quiet and the room was huge. But overall, I didn't like the place that much because of the bedding. The bedding was pretty old. They just painted the room white so it looks clean and new.
Restaurant Tip:
Go to Bazzan market at night. There are so many cheap foods.

Service beyond greatness

We were greeted with orange juice. The staff are honest and friendly. My sister booked taxi to Airport and gave extra. They promised to return our change. As we reach the hotel after our day tour, the lady quickly handed her change. We are happy with our stay in the hotel. Clean and near to center of attraction.

Good location and near to everythings. Big shopping centre, beaches, night life.
Only one thing to improve is the weak signal of the wifi inside the room.
