Staff services should improve
There are computers with fast internet access for free at the lobby. breakfast is great. Just next to food court. Look exactly the same with the picture in their website.

The location of this hotel really couldn't have been better. It was about a 5 min walk from the beach and about a 10 min walk from Bangla road. We liked it because it was away from the noise of the main areas. The free breakfast every more was very welcomed and the internet was great except that you needed to get a new password code every day.
We stayed for about 5 nights in this hotel in the Superior room and in the Deluxe room for 1 night. The Deluxe room is worth the price is you're planning on spending time resting in the room. The room is quite a bit bigger and the bathroom is a lot bigger too with a separate bathtub. The superior room was a little small by north american standards but was adequate for 2 people. Initially upon entering the room, everything appears really nice but upon further inspections you will be able to see the stains on the walls and that the sheets are not that clean. There were some old stains on my sheets and a cigaratte burn hole.

We had an excellent stay here and would definitely return. The staff are friendly and helpful. The pool on the roof is excellent but sometimes they ran out of towels. Free use of computers and internet very handy. Only about 2 minutes walk to the beach and even nearer to a street full of bars and restaurants. The hotel restaurant very reasonably priced and good food.

We really enjoyed this hotel. We found it to be of excellent value and we loved its location. The breakfast buffet was really good and the rooftop swimming pool was lovely with gorgeous views of the city. We will definitely stay here again!

This hotel is a fine choice for Patong Beach. Breakfast buffet is great, rooms are new and spacious, and the location is fantastic - close to the beach yet tucked far enough away to ensure a quiets night sleep. We liked the rooftop swimming pool as well, a nice alternative to the beach.

Close to the beach though quired location. No vuiv from the rooms. Small balcony but ok for having a refreshment. Great roof top with good facillities. Staff friendly and service minded.

The hotel was good location just few minute to Patong beach. No welcome drink for us but have for other customer and no words to say hi . we got room on 4 floor and all hotel floor can't see the sea and near the hotel have constuction new hotel. Breakfast was poor but you can find seafood shop on next street and good price .

my over all review for this hotel, my wife and myself live this to stay in this hotel because the location is good and quite , clean, the hotel staffs are very helhful ie on 1 ocassion when i ask the staff in the food section , that i need the bottle opener , the waiter immediately give me the opener. staying in this hotel i feelin very relaxing and cossy.the only thing that we request the management shoul provide sleeper. anyway the next time i vist puket in patong i will stay in aspery hotel and i will recommend this hotel to my friends in kuala lumpur. keep the good work of the hotel staff. thanks

very nice beach , patong just a slow wall from this hotel less than 200m, and also the night live for thos e who loves to wash thier eyes at night.

our stay at the Aspery hotel was so so, there wasnt anything too great about the hotel and service, but there was also not much to complain about. It was away from the noise of the nightlife but if you wanted to explore the nightlife it was only about a 5-10 min walk away.
At this point in our holiday, we realised it really is a case of you get what you pay for.
