Great location at quiet northern part of Patong
Rooms newly refurbished with balcony, with all amenities supplied daily.

Great value for money. Near the beach at Northern end. Short stroll to Jungceylon shopping Centre. Free wifi throughout with computers in lobby area. Friendly, helpful staff. Very peaceful at night. Buffet breakfast with large menu choice for all day/night dining. Beach towels, umbrellas, available for guest's use, at lobby. Definitely recommended.
Restaurant Tip:
Hotel restaurant serves great quality European/Thai food all day/night service at very reasonable prices, with daily drinks/food specials.

Vale for Money
Quiet & Cozy, Close to the beach

Hotel is quietly situated about 10mins' walk to the beachfront & around 20mins' walk to Bangla Rd. Overall stay is nice apart from no lift for its side building & have to climb up 4 storeys of steps to reach my room.

Bad experience

We booked 3 rooms,and cam e to the hotel almost midnight,the hotel staff gave 2 rooms another hotel across an apartment and 1 room going up the top floor by 20 stairs up .
The next morning the guest of ours stayed in the apartment also was not happy , coz it does not have the same room as booked. the hotel apologised and give and compensate a free dinner and they accept.
Hotel Feature Tip:
to be sure you got your rooms as booked in high season.They try to be samart and send the guest to another hotel and not the same standard as booked.

hotel ok management very bad

the hotlel manager or owner offer a refund after cannot accomoddate me a normall room in the hotel , firstlky offer a hidden at the top going up the stairs up a small room ., may be ofr the staff room. and secondly offer a 2 star hotel infront and said the room there are bigger.
and then want to reund me usd 50 which i paid usd 100 for the room booked room a night.
after i said that i will launch a complaint to the tourism department. later 5 min. they said they have the room .what a bad day.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
do not check too late or make sure you did not send to another hotel , they sell the rooms to others even your room is confirmed.

Clean room not very big but suitable for travel

the room is clean. it looks not brand new hotel but it is good value to stay. it is nearby the batong market. you can walk to the beach. good bracketfirst

it is easy to the night market. it will take about 10-15 mins walk.
