we had dinner at the aspery hotel restaurant. it was an unpleasant experience. we ordered our food and waited nearly an hour for our last dish to be serve for my son. initially, they thought we didn't order then they realised it was their mistake and still dare to talk so loud to frighten us. we tried to call the tourist police but no use they don't understand english and the people around not willing to help as they do not want to get themselves into trouble. lucky nothing bad happened we returned back in one piece .

The front desk staff were friendly and very helpful during my stay.

The location of the hotel good and internet connection was good. However, the housekeeping staff were a bit noisy in when they chat with each other in the corridor early in the morning. Other than that, this could be an average hotel to stay in.

Hotel doesnt offer a seaside view, which is a bit of a sad point and the hotel room faces the opposite hotel where people walks on corridor will look into your room. Breakfast is fair, not very good for its price and utmost the staff is inpolite an rude. Staff cleaning is very careless, they left out things for the five days of our stay, and when request for shampoo n bath foam, their attitude is bad.

Stayed in the extension building 2 which was 50-80m away from the main hotel. Was allocated a room which was not using card key for access. Had to use a normal key to lock and unlock hotel room, and also not able to get a 2nd key. An additional key is only available for rooms using card key but requires a deposit of which is refundable at the end of the stay. Rooms' cleanliness is only an average.

Room was a good size and very comfortable, quite often showers in Phuket hotels are not so good, however this hotel has very good bathroom facilities.
Pool on the rood also very nice and quite a lot of sunbeds for the users.

First before choosing this hotel we had been worried by the reviews-review previous ones. Many say the building is bad and there is no elevator, but by the time we come there all unproven.
We wrote messages when booking from Agoda to get the double bed rooms and easy access as we take children from 4 years old to this hotel, and they give the room as our requested. Hotel very comfortable but the mattress was pretty hard, but my experience stay at a local hotel in around Phuket they does have the same quality mattress. For the water is excellent, swift and clean, hot water is also good.
Patong Beach just 2 minute walk. Location of the hotel is only about 200 yards from Novotel Phuket. For mini market there are one 7-Eleven and local shop out of the hotel to the left.
Bangla Rd. and Jungceylon is located 500-600 meters from the hotel, for who would not walk can hire a Tuk Tuk which can stop in front of the hotel or around Patong Beach, or you can also rent a scooter ( Honda Clicki 125 2012) the rental price about 300 Bath per 24 hours.
For breakfast the hotel provides a decent variety of food options but keep in mind to spend all that you take from the Buffet table, or be fined 250 Bath.
Restaurant Tip:
Many seafood restaurants are locally managed located not far from the hotel (Go out left of the hotel) with the menu and the prices are attractive.

This hotel is located about 15 minutes walk from the centre of Patong. Nothing flash but the rooms are comfortable and clean. The pool is on the roof and has great views.
Breakfast is a bit short on variety.

Great location just 10-15 minutes walk from the centre of Patong. The rooms were clean and comfortable with a lovely roof top pool. Breakfast lacked variety and the staff were friendly and helpful. Good Internet and reasonably quiet.
