I stayed at this hotel for couple of days. The hotel is little far from beach but at a very quiet location. You get an excellent view of Patong from the top floor balcony.

hotel is i great location..easy to get to eveything in patong wither walking or motorbike ..owner can rent you motorbike there and ther are ton s of restaraunts, laudrys all within walking distance as well. roomsa are large, and they do a very thorough job cleaning everyday..have stayed there 5 times already and now am firnds with owners..they are the BEST.
Hotel Feature Tip:
at home 2 has better internet but you need to checkout room at athome 1 for good wifi signal. great french pastry shop for baguttes and coff up the way on nanai rd.

good price but bad location, you need to rent a bike for moving convenience. room is pretty big but have a lot of mosquitos inside(23), staff is ok and taxi to airport arranged from hotel is in reasonable price

The good thing about Thailand local people, they found an empty room near from there and took me to the different hotel - better rated I guess. I stayed there for 1 night, and after then, on the next day, the owner of the At Home hotel 2 let me stay at the lobby until late night. He never charged me for the internet. (my case could be exception) I could know why many followers they have, and why the hotel has its name - because it was very cozy and you fell really at home even I didn't have a room there!

A group of friends and I were looking for somewhere to stay for a couple of nights before flying back to Australia.
The Hotel met and exceeded my requirements it was clean and new and the rooms were great.
The only downside was that there was construction work going on in the area and across the street but this did not give me too much concern as I was around town most of the time.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Consider diving around Phi Phi its fantastic.

A great place ot stay in.

This is my second time staying in Athome hotel for my Holiday in Phuket, Patong. This time round i was staying at their new building 8 Athome.
I was down on my luck as the room i was staying in, the air-con was mulfunction which is not cold and will auto shut off every hour without timer being set.
Make a few complains and owner Mimi was kind to send in technicain to solve the problem but not able to and there was no more room for me to change, therefore i had to put up 4 night there.
The day reception staff were kind and listen to my complain, however the evening staff were not that kind and friendly.
A lasy in short curly hair was rude and even say that i am crazy and show me her frustration before i even show her mine in staying in a non aircondition room.
I will say that overall it is still a pleasant hotel to stay in but the staff will drive all the customers away. Hopefully the owner will get to know his staff problem and had it change sooner.

when i first arrived, it was very early in the morning around 8 am and they didnt have a room for me yet even i asked for an early check in, but it didnt really matter because they did their best to find me a ready room fast. i had a free breakfast while waiting and only an hour later i had my room fresh and ready. the staff was very warm, smiling and very helpful. accomodation wise, its really clean ,they come and change the bed sheets every 2 days and clean the room. Free internet wifi as well!
I really enjoyed mystay and i would totally recommend Athome hotel to other travellers.
