It is located at the south end of Patong beach, approximently a 5 min walk into Patongs central area. This was perfect as we were there during Songkran, and were able to get a feel for the hustle and bustle of Patong and a good nights sleep. The hotel has a boutique feel to it and most upper level rooms have a beach view. Breakfast was included in our stay and they have scooters for rent.

Couples Canada, April 12, 2013	quiet location, within walking distance to it all location, quiet, nice room 8.7 the staff were great. the owner was very nice, and spoke great english :) the location was great! it is at the far end of patong beach so its quiet but its within walking distance to junceylon, bangla and the beach is out the front of the hotel.
