beautiful hotel with awesome view of Patong beach

i booked this hotel as a treat over xmas - again i received a free upgrade from agoda and had a grand deluxe with ocean views on their top floor - the room was amazing, it was sad i had no one to share it with but rather enjoy the peace and quiet and room service for xmas lunch and dinner - well worth it and highly recommended!

Everything is in the middle level
the aircondioner is powerful. There is a nice sling chair nearby the window in the room

it is in the south of the Patong beach.the location is not so good. you should take a 15mins walk to the Jungcylon Center. The sea view is not so good because of the tourists and boats.

The hotel is a good choice is you are going to be out and about in Patong and around.
The finishes are good quality. Clean. Quite. And overall good value.
It is not 5 star but it is very comfortable.

Small boutique hotel in quieter part of town

Located at the far end of the beach so much more peaceful and away from the noise of the bars, but only a 15 min walk to Bangla Road and the centre of town with its nightlife.
Rooms good and clean, the Grand Deluxe sea view are on a higher floor (4th) so have better views, large balcony. Small pool.
Note that there is a road between the hotel and beach although there isn't too much noise and its quiet at night. Also the hotel immediately behind is being fully renovated so expect noise during the day, although it wasn't too obtrusive when inside the room.
I was surprised at being asked to sign a form at check-in confirming I understood the charges should I decide to take a Lady to the room, perhaps being a single man they assumed I wouldn't want to be alone, so if that's your intention this isn't the place to be!

I thought it was a nice hotel but I booked for 2 people but when I arrived back with my lady friend they tried to charge me an extra bath saying that I checked in alone not very nice but I refused to pay be warned

Lovely hotel, good location

Lovely oasis in the hellhole that is Patong, which was necessary (in my personal opinion). Whilst i would not stay in Patong again, if i returned to Phuket, this hotel was gorgeous.

Great hotel and nice service

a very nice quiet hotel. i arrived late and was greeted warmly and the room was very nice and spotless. breakfast was excellent and quick though i did not have the opportunity to try the restaurant for dinner the menu choices and options were good. the room was well maintained during my stay and the location was quite good, at one of the more quiet ends of patong beach but within easy walking distance of the core of the town. i'd recommend it for a nice couples' retreat.
