Wonderful. The staff was very attentive. When we requested for a downgrade jacuzzi suite because we didn't like our first floor pool villa, the manager immediately changed the room for us - but we didn't receive the downgrade, instead received a pool villa suite on a higher floor, which was what my partner and I prefer. Complimentary breakfast daily was delicious. Pleasant honeymoon and first-time experience in Thailand for us.
