Good hotel, but...
convenient for golf/party and quiet location

not sure if thats correct. three things that really disturbed me:
1. i went for golf at 830am, came back about 3pm, the room was not cleaned...
2. u want to sleep in? no chance, cleaning ladies are shouting in the hallways, and really clean up very noisy...maybe the walls are not isolated well, thats possible...
3. hotel is in patong. now what u think: will people, especially single travelers maybe use the service at patong occasionally? for sure. now the bad thing is the way the hotel handles this: "discretion, what is this?". from the time u arrive at the car park to the reception, there is a security guy following you to make sure you sign your 'guest' in, while being harassed at mid way by some hotel employees that tell you the same thing...and costs for guests are ridiculous as well
so all in all, they claim to be 5-star hotel, but they are nowhere close at the moment, still a lot to catch up. having said that, food/service in the restaurant downstairs is good though. the hotel is not directly on the beach as some pictures may indicate, you have to cross street.

Very stylish hotel
design of hotel is very nice and trendy and athmosphere is very relaxing.

This hotel is located at the outskirts of patong which is not necessarily a bad thing. you need a car to go the main restaurants and clubs in patong. However the Hotel is very stylishly decorated and meets the needs of a younger crowd. Highlights are:
- free minibars of softdrinks and beers. refilled once a day
- the glass fooseball table
- infinity pool with chill out music
- light settings in the rooms
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
patong is the only lively place at night in that area of phuket. the beach is quite dirty though.

It was very lovely, nt an A rated location but the beach in front of the hotel was less crowded and more relax with more privacy. 15mins walking distance to Bangla road and food stall/restaurants.

when it rained hard i stayed in hotel and watched tv
then the sat tv went out then the power went out many
times

modern, clean rooms in a quite location directly across road from beach. only short tut tut or taxi ride to bangla road and major shopping district. friendly staff good wi fi coverage. up market hotel with a fair price tag in low season.
highly recommend, will stay here again. food good but expensive compared to restaurants in busier areas.

great hotel, right in front of the beach

loved this hotel as it was in a quieter part of town, awesome pool and the only down side was that it cost baht to get to bangla road and not many eateries around the hotel.
Hotel Feature Tip:
book the rooms on the ground floor as they open up to a private pool. not sure how much more they'll charge.

Das B-Lay Tong Resort befindet sich im Norden von Patong Beach in Phuket - einmal die Uferstrasse überqueren und man kann den herrlichen Strand geniessen. Das Hotel macht einen modernen Eindruck - free Wifi, Pool mit Glasscheibe, Gym usw.
Superior-Zimmer verfügen über einen kleinen Balkon, um Badesachen zu trocknen. Der Pool lädt zum Schwimmen ein.
Hotelrestaurant bietet eine gute Küche. Weitere Empfehlung: Baan Kalim - am Strand rechts gelegen.
Bangla road ist in Gehreichweite, ansonsten 100 THB für Mopedtaxi.
