Excellent, modern, spacious room, friendly service
Clean, modern spacious rooms, good pools, 5-10min walk to beach & shops

One of those rare situations where the room was better than the photos! Modern, very spacious, clean (5 cleaners each morning!). Staff were friendly and spoke enough English to get by. It is more like serviced apartments with a small office and small outdoor eating area/bar than a hotel/resort, but that suited us fine. The kids loved the pools and our easy access to them. (up and down more steps though)
For someone with mobility restrictions this location could be challenging as the walk to the road involved going down (or back up) a steep slope and for some odd reason the lift started on level one, so you had to climb a flight of stairs to get to the lift. For us, staying on level 1, that wasn't an issue. It is about a 10 minute walk to the beach or main shopping area but we found that fine. There are also lots of steps when moving from your room to the pool and/or the breakfast area.
The included breakfast was simple and apparently delivered from another local hotel, but the egg dishes were cooked freshly on the spot with a smile. The range of food was not extensive, but it was fine and the coffee was good. You could purchase a few drinks, ice creams and food at other times from the bar for reasonable amounts.
The free wi-fi worked well. There were no problems getting as many pool towels as you needed from reception. The towels were a little thin, but that was not a major issue.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
we enjoyed completing a padi open water diving course with dive asia, a day trip to james bond island with leader marine (had a couple of canoe rides through caves that were fun), and an atv tour
be aware of taxi / tuk tuk scams / overcharging. they were the only ones we had bad experiences with in thailand. from the airport the 800 baht price was perhaps ok, but the promise that it would be a trip straight to the hotel was soon broken as the driver stopped at a tour company and we had to listen to them - but deliberately chose later not to book through them. the taxi driver felt he was in a racing car, so the trip was hair raising. a later trip with a tuk tuk from karon to patong was also not so great when the driver, mr dang, said he'd take us back for 200 baht, but then didn't return (keeping our money).
these were minor though, overall the trip, the location, the hotel, the food and the friendly thai people made it a great, enjoyable and safe place to go.

Comfortable place for a family holiday
Spacious yet cosy; quiet yet close to beach.

The resort was very clean and comfortable as it was well furnished. The kitchennete was also well equipped. Unlike other hotels where we normally do not make use of the mini bar; we found that the prices were acceptable and we helped ourselves to the items. Reception staff were helpful in getting services organised.

L'hôtel est bien placé, les chambres très agréables et confortables, la piscine très belle.
par contre, on a plus l'impression d'être dans un appartement hotel que dans un véritable hotel. La structure en béton de l'hôtel manque de charme. Le prix est très élevé. Le petit déjeuner pourrait être meilleur pour le prix.
Le personnel s'est toujours montré disponible et avenant.

Stor härlig lägenhet, 5 min från Karon beach

Mysigt och lugnt bed&breakfast med 2 pooler. Ganska enkel frukost till kl 11.30, men helt ok.
Lägenheten vi bodde i bestod av stort allrum med tv, 2 sovrum och dubbla badrum varav ett med badkar + kök och balkong med utsikt över pooler/karon beach.Väldigt fräscht o rymligt.
Det fanns tillgång till gym, badlakan mm
Promenadavstånd ca 5 min till strand,5-10 min till shopping/marknader.
Vi bodde med 2 barn och 15 år.
Kan verkligen rekommendera detta till den som vill bo stort och ha det lugnt o skönt.
