Furnisoshings are dated. Partial view of beach. It is a just across the road to Karon beach. A few eatery near by. Not much choice. Large food bazar about 15 mins walk away. Breakfast was good variety. Food in reastaurant not much more expenssive than outside.

Good location, you can go to beach by just cross the road. The room is quite small, but facility is good and lovely. The room i booked is sea view room, but i can only see part of the sea since it's blocked by a lot of trees. Overall the hotel is ok, but you can get better hotel nearby with this price.

The hotel is in a good building, direct near the beach. There is also a swimmingpool, but not enough beds. The breakfastbufet is general and the staff is friendly. Rooms are cleaned every day. A minus is that the charge for wifi (Bth 600 per 12 hrs). On my birthday (01/12) the management has put a bundle of flowers and a huge fruitbox with compliments in my room. All together to stay here is recommendable.

Just opposite the beach, near to many eating joints and shops, room has a good view of the sea

Overall it was satisfactory although it would have been good if the reception area and pool side were larger. The compound was rather small. Otherwise, it is fine.

Relatively a great hotel for people who doesn't want to stay at the hustle and bustle of Patong beach. The hotel is just a road across to Karon beach, my room view is not exactly ocean view as the buildings are quite 45degrees slanted and the wall of the unit next to mine is blocking it. But good and grocery stores are nearby. grab a bike rental and you can roam the whole of Phuket!

Good location, in front of the beach
The hotel is right in front of the beach, just need to cross a street. The beach is clean and you need to rent a sun bed cost 200 bath. The hotel is next to Subway and a small shop to buy some drinking water

We have a good stay at this hotel. Even it is old. Breakfast is good. And go for swimming is so easy, just cross a street to reach a beach.

Spacious room with a lovely view.
Really enjoyed the hotel and the location was more than what I imagined.Every bit worth going to the hotel also it was close to evrything.

I think that this was a really nice vacation and will go back there. Thank you Baan Karonburi for making this stay truelly worth the rest.
It was my boyfriend and I and my parents, and the best thing was we had two rooms which we could walk into through the doors in between the rooms (connecting rooms are the best).
They are friendly and help full.

you get what you pay for
close to the beach, close to the markets and close enough to the nightlife

Hotel is in a good location. My room was fairly basic and relatively dated although reasonably clean.
Breakfast was fairly standard but finished too early for a holiday resort town hotel.
I needed to use the internet and got charged. If you plan to use the Wi-Fi, there is a substantial fee relative to the hotel cost (600 BHT for 12 hours).
Overall it is standard 3 star accommodations, I didn’t particularly like the hotel but I can't complain too much for the price . I am going back to Karon with my family in 4 months and will probably look for something else.
Travel tip:
search for another hotels free wifi connection close to this one. There is 1 or 2 available.
