we were upgraded from a pool view to sea view (in reality not too much difference as the hotel is set back from the main road - which is a good thing). the rooms were spacious and modern and had a good view from the balcony.
the staff were courteous and willing to help.
breakfast is nice with a large variety of fruits and drinks and hot foods to suit anyone. they say cutoff is 1030 but no need to rush there are always plenty of people there after that time.
location is great, just the road and then beach and only a 5 minute walk to bang-la rd (for drinks/partying) and the jungceylon shopping area.
cons: none come to mind
Hotel Feature Tip:
get a pool view or sea view (they are in the newer part of the hotel and set back from the main road). if you go pool view ask for a room on the northern wing of the hotel as the balcony will get sun all day long (the other side gets none)

We were upgraded to a quiet room at the back of the resort overlooking pool down to patong beach. Staff very friendly, especially at the front bar and pool bar. The band were very entertaining as were the bar staff. Very well located as close to all Patong has to offer. Breakfast was as good as anywhere else.

hotel was clean and the facilitis were amazing, particularly the pool and restaurant/bar. the staff were friendly, however their english was a little poor. the beach was literally across the street with millions of deck chair you can pay to relax on. the walk to centre of town was also short.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Ask for a room on the ground floor by the pool. They have a private balcony that you can not only sit on, but then you can jump directly into the pool from it (as opposed from walking around to it).

was upgraded to ocean view which was fantastic, with great sunsets from the balcony. hotel located on patong beach road, in easy walking distance of bangla rd.
hotel has lovely pool area and great breakfast.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
A foot massage is a must while in Phuket. Would thoroughly recommend 'Limones' just off Patong Beach Rd.

it is near a restaurant but noisy at night time. We are fortunate that the hotel upgrade our rm free of charge . sWimming pool is the selling point but be careful the uneven ground of the bottom of swimming pool. the breakfast food is not too many to choose and it is not ready until 7am thought it says the breakfast starts at 630

Breakfast is a buffet and food is good.
Nightlife Tip:
Patong beach is good for night life if you want to be in a quiet place, choose another beach.
