the rooms are new , pool is wanderful , great location and welcome servies from all staf.

we had to change our hotel booking bcause of worst servies and attitud at another hotel in patong.
we had been recomended by friends that stay in ban-la-mai about twise a year for 10 years already , and we were not disapointed , actualy we were supprised and happy . the location is one of the best , the staf welcome and attitud , they willing to help , the rooms are new renovated , the hotel facilities mainly the pool bar and pool , hose keeping , bell boys .
to make long story short , this hotel is recomended to all , romance, family, old couples , friends , for everbody who wish to have most plesent time in patong beach pucket.
Restaurant Tip:
for all who like the simple and best westren \ thai and eastren food , just at the back of the hotel there is small family resturant named song pee.
we use to eat there every time we stay in patong - best recomended - mainly for trdditional thai food.

The check-in service is pretty slow, we waited for around 45mins in the hotel lobby. The breakfast is okay. And the location is very good, just nearby the beach.

Although the hotel was under going construction, we had a lovely stay. The hotel is in a great location with the beach right across the road and easy access to the local markets, night life and restaurants. Large room with very helpful staff.

Stayed in deluxe room for one night. Room was great, balcony overlooked pool. Pool was very nice. Restaurant was really nice. Great location if you want to do some shopping in Pa-tong. Also great location if you want to spend a night on the town in Bangala Road. Walking distance to and from nightclubs.

Great location but lousy receiption area

Initially we booked for Deluxe, and we got free upgrade to Deluxe with poolview. But we have to wait until 5:00PM (we arrive at the hotel at 3:00PM). The receiption area is a bit messy, staff is helpful but too busy. Room is clean and newly renovated, nice swimming pool. Just to cross a road to Patong beach, very convenient in terms of food, minimarket, massage, nightlife, etc.

although the room is at the corner without window, it is clean and spacious. paintings on the wall are beautiful. live band performs every night in the hotel restaurant. nice swimming pool for those who want to swim in the evening. just a few minutes' walk, i can reach the patong beach. night market and clubs are nearby as well.

Bad Service from Receptionist
Pool Excess Room & The Beach just across the road

The reason that I booked this hotel is because of the pool excess room for my daughter. When I checked in the room 2104, the room ceiling was mouldy with musty smell and the toilet entrance door was stucked and not fix.
The receptionist staff was rude (female supervisor). They always busy talking among themselves in Thai and not even bother to ask the guest if they need any assistant. Can't understand simple English when I tell them that my bathroom door is stucked!There was 3 staffs at reception when I check out but only 1 male is attending to a guest. The other receptionist dont know doing what and ignore all the guest that are waiting at the reception counter.
Good point is that the beach was just across the road and that's about it.
