Fantastic location, beautiful staff, quality rooms
Staff are the best I've encountered. Pool is amazing, and the facilities will be superb once fully completed. We wouldn't stay anywhere else!

we were tired coming off the plane, but as soon as we arrived at the hotel we were stunned! right on the beachfront, a massive restaurant that caters for all, the live band (who were surprisingly talented)pounding out songs for all ages, and fairylights sparkling. throw in a couple of coconut coolers (pina colada's) and sleep was the furthest thing from out mind. we cannot stress enough how amazing the staff, and indeed the locals are. so friendly, and everything is so cheap! my beautiful partner and i are already planning our next stay. this resort is seriously value for money, you can relax, or your can live it up. the choice is yours.
Shopping Tip:
if you're planning on getting a suit, shirts or dresses tailormade or copied then I highly recommend Alex from Martins Tailors. There are many tailors, but not many are as professional and indeed helpful for local knowledge as Alex. A conniseur in the making!

Staff were friendly and the breakfast was good.The location pritty good as well, near the beach and Bangla road.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
If you are able to hire a scooter do so as you can tour Phuket on it and there are gasoline stalls all over the place.

the hotel entrance is a very open and inviting layout. the staff are exceptionally friendly and nothing is too much trouble for them. we also received a complimentary upgrade in the latter part of our stay.
entertainment on the hotel grounds each night is very enjoyable. prices for both food and drink are very affordable.
the pool is a large and magnificent facility and very accessible from all areas of the hotel. we intend to stay there again.
Nightlife Tip:
There is a band which plays on the hotel grounds every night which is very enjoyable whilst having dinner / drinks.

Baan Laimai Beach Resort is a very convenient place to stay. The patong beach is just across the road. i was happy cos i can run on the beach anytime i want. They have many restaurants near the hotel too... local thai food, european, western, fastfood (MCD and burger king!!!) everything...
they have spacious pool so everytime after swimming in the sea we will continue in the hotel's pool. the breakfast is superb as well, many choices. Wifi available at the lobby. easy for me to contact family back in my country.

But the bar in lobby is quite noisy during night...The singer keep singing loudly till 12am. As I don't have a good rest.
But the facility is ok, the whole hotel seems expand very quickly.

Overall it's been a nice stay at this hotel. However, there are couple things they could do better. On the first day, we waited for 2 hours before we can check into our room, other than that there are ongoing constructions on this hotel. Staff are helpful and nice, room is clean and simple, nice pool, nice breakfast, superb location, reasonable room rate.

The rooms were clean and spacious with comfortable beds. We requested individual beds for 2 people and thats what we got. The airport transfers were organised by staff quickly and hassle-free. The pool was the best part - very big and with lots of sunbeds. Buffet breakfast was good with lots of food to choose from. Overall a pleasant experience.
