What a beautiful hotel, with great staff. Wonderful entertainment and food in the morning was sufficent.
Shopping Tip:
ask for a personal driver to go the the phuket night markets in phuket town, its cheaper!!1

i thing when i come to hotel u book a room pool view , and when i come to hotel reciption tell me i will upgrade you to a sea view room , because they dont have any pool view room ,
but have a great location

they were very helpful as it was our first time and the rooms were fantastic not to mention the services from their hotel staff! the location was right next to the beach so it was very easy for us to go about at night time as well as going to the beach during the day, highly recommended for other couples or groups to stay at this resort.

Great Location but old rooms
Location is excellent, Nice big swimming pool

Stayed at Deluxe room at 4th floor in the old building but facing to the beach. The room is big enough for 2 people and great beach view from valcony. There was no cable tv, but only local programs in the room, and there is no bath tab in the bathroom. We had breakfast facing the beach road. Atmosphere was excellent,and manu was satisfactory. there is nice big swimming pool and not very crowded during daytime, so it was nice to relax if you are tired of lying on the crowded and noisy beach.
overall, we were satisfied with our stay at this hotel. good cost performance in patong area.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
take local bus to phuket town. it costs only person.

this is a very central hotel in patong. we could walk to everyting, including the jungycelon shopping mall.
lots of noise during the evening/night. there is a "concert" stage 20 meters outside our room, with live music.
the hotel is new and nicely designed,
Hotel Feature Tip:
Patong Paragon Resort & Spa is a better option. Quiet and a nice pool access room.

Great location and a beautiful hotel, but noisy

Had a wonderful time, staff was great only thing was the band to the outside restaurant that is connected to the hotel was too loud at night.

location - just accross the beach; nice swimming pool; good breakfast

it was a pleasant stay overall.
it is noisy at night because of the live music. it should stop before midnight.
hotel staff is not as friendly as we have hoped for.
otherwise, we enjoyed our stay.
