hotel in a very good location
good location and good pool

had issue with room/shower drainage but negotiated a room upgrade to suit myself and hotel. rooms are good and service was always provided by hotel staff. front desk could get busy and at times visitors had to be understanding.

Disappointed becoz we got got our rooms at 4pm ....although we have a 9 month old baby. We requested them a lot but still no benefit. Bathroom door was not locking up, baby cot was not available though we have pre requested for same.

Excellent hotel with perfect location to the beach and the night hangout in Patong. Wide pool with open lobby. Nonetheless, the lift system sucks and the complicate d staircase force the guest to use the lift only. Simple breakfast. Not a good spread. Service from the front desk staff is poor with no urgency to attend to the customer.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Excellent pool. Great for family.

this resort had the worst staff of all time. I have stayed at a lot of Thailand hotels an this was shocking!
They never cleaned our room we would have to contact reception at about 5pm an still no one came! So bad do not stay here! Lift your game baan lamai

this hotal was great. everything we needed was close by. we had our 2 kids with us ages 2 and 1. the restaurant staff were amazing! so helpful and their english was great. when we arrived our 2yo wasn't feeling very well. she was refusing all food. they made her special meals to help her feel better. the pool was nice for us adults. the swim up bar was great. there was a smaller pool for toddlers to. over all we felt very welcome and our girls were treated like superstars! the only thing i could fault on was our toilet. it overflowed (our bathroom was an inch under water) while we were out. the clothes that were in there got soaked.when we advised the reception staff they didn't seem to care! a shame really as it was our last day and put a bad note on what was overall a nice stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at the baan lamai beach resort. Our pool view room was fantastic, we could see the ocean from our balcony as well as the pool. The hotel is walking distance to shopping Bangla road and just a few steps across the road to the beach. The only negative I could think of was housekeeping didn't clean our rooms till about 4pm and that was usually when we were just getting back to the hotel to get ready to go out for the night, a bit inconvient. Overall fantastic hotel going to go back next year!

we got there early would not let us check in untill 2pm, 2pm came and they still didnt have a room for us. we asked for the new building they laughed at us and gave us the old building. the room itself was ok except there was no hot water, no pressure in the water. the maid was ok most days depends which one you got. the resturant is over priced you go down the road and get cheaper.good location across from the beach and close to shopping.
i asked if there was a computer i could quickly use to check my bank they sent me down the road to internet cafe, when checking out i noticed other people on the internet.
staff are very rude and they dont want to help.
when booking tours dont book from hotel as i feel we got ripped off and make own way to places as its cheaper and dont have to wait on people.
when i was reading other people's reviews about this hotel i thought that people like to complain but they dont this hotel i would not recomend to anyone at all!!!

Stayed here many times and recommend this hotel it's well managed and looked after
The breakfast here is good but there's plenty of places to get a cheap breaky nearby
One bad part is the front section of the building never has hot water and he pressure in the taps is crap but the newer section is fantastic
Over all great hotel
Nightlife Tip:
Your right near bangala rd but far enough away that when you get back to room you don't hear all the noise beside all the fireworks that's always going off plus the beach is metres away which I love
