awfull.... have stayed here before 3 years previous,but it has changed so much. no one to assist with suitcases on arrival, had to pull 4 cases up 2 flights of stairs.. no eye contact from reception staff or greeting of any kind.had to drag our cases up to level 4 to our room which was smelly and the room and bed sheets were damp and not cleaned properly. i upgraded to a pool access room which was only marginally better.
definately not staying there anymore.

The stay here was average, nice hotel but staff didn't seem to be overly attentive, The rooms could use a little updating as the floor in my room was boewed and some tiles missing in bathroom. The breakfast was good, but feel there might be better value hotels out there though,

It was ok. Breakfast was terrible. Eggs cooked and left cold. Staff rude and not. Helpful. Had to wait 6 hours for bath towels. Wouldn't stay again. Very uncomfortable pillows

Our 3 rooms Check i time was 2pm but only we managed to in around 3.30 due late house keeping.room wise very bad.tv not working,shower not working, only 1 power point.bathroom not clean n still looks like under renovation.overall not worth at all for the price.
