High value for money! Cheap and decent hotel.
Great location, cheap, decent rooms.

Highest value for money among other resorts/hotels within the area. Near to the beach and shopping area, nigh life. Not suited for young children.

The pool and housekeeper are only recommended in this place !!

I went with my sister, my nephews 16 and 7 years old. This is a place that I absolutely do not recommend.
I used to travel in the area so I think you could fine better in terms of service!
When I arrived, I asked if possible to have a breakfast for the kid of 7 years because I had taken rooms adults (to somehow compensate for the price. They said no, even if I paid adult rooms, I must pay breakfast for the child)…
We were on the 3rd floor and the music was very strong until 23h-midnight.
There are hugely stagnant water causing recess many mosquitoes.
To check in I was asked in 3000 baht of deposit. They told me that the money will price on my account and refunded two weeks after I left the hostel.
My nephew had forgotten his charger, he asked for a loan. He was told yes, but we had to give a deposit of 500 baht for this loan.
The excursions offered by the hotel are awful. When I made part in a person of staff, he said that they know the excursions were aware but that their goal is to sell excursions to tourists not to look at the quality.
I asked a taxi to leave before my check out. They told that I could not get a taxi, I had to take a van to 1200 baht. They order a taxi if there are only 3 peoples.
So I had to phone a taxi brought us to the airport. I paid half the price requested by the hotel…
In summary, if you want quality and real good service do not go there.

bad experience

bad experience, the hotel reception was a long walk from the front entrance n i have to carry my luggage up n down the stairs.
check in was ok, but when i reached my room, the bed have a mouldy smell n the glass door in the bathroom was faulty n couldn't close tightly. internet connection was slow the whole day n the power supply of the whole hotel was down for 2hours , without aircon or fan, we have to open the window n ended up with many mosquito bites.
during checkout, the female staff just return me my deposit n went off to do other things without even asking about our stay n not even a goodbye!!! very disappointed!!!

Our 3 rooms Check i time was 2pm but only we managed to in around 3.30 due late house keeping.room wise very bad.tv not working,shower not working, only 1 power point.bathroom not clean n still looks like under renovation.overall not worth at all for the price.

Overrated hotel
Good swimming pool, close to the beach, locate on a main street

The staffs are not friendly. I got injured but they asked me to pick up medicines in their front desk. They are still decorating room. The hotel is not finished. Part of our room was not finished neither. The internet was not good at all. We could hardly get any signal inside the room. The breakfast was not good neither. I told them one side of the fry egg is black and then they made them again. All of them are still in black. I guess their pan has problem. It was like that for all the days when I was there.

Centrally located value for mony hotel
The hotel has been renovated. It is very centrally located with very good access to the beach. Great value for money.

need to change room because shower almost no water, very loud Air condition in room brand "York". but after moved , Air condition still very loud, also brand "York" and also no water in wash tub and shower...after complaining again, the last one night we got good water flow in shower and washing tub.

The hotel is just a road beside the beach.a lot of very nice a cheap foot massage along the patong beach. me and my family stay 3 nights at here and we have lots of nice food and enjoying thai beer and beach.

I loved staying at the baan laimai but the pool wasn't great for young kids it was more for older people relaxing as not very deep, I would stay there again but not with the kids, overall nice hotel and nice staff
