Poor,no internet, room was only cleaned evening time, no clean towels available.
Staff was not interested to listen to complains most probably because they got too many.

It was ok. Breakfast was terrible. Eggs cooked and left cold. Staff rude and not. Helpful. Had to wait 6 hours for bath towels. Wouldn't stay again. Very uncomfortable pillows

THE WORST STAY EVER,NEVER AGAIN

2hrs to check us in, aircon not working,finally got it going, fridge was a wine cooler, drinks were warm,even though i complained many times,that never changed, had to get carpenter to fix door. on check out over changed my grandson for phone calls.took nearly 1 hr to check out.and this was 4.30am, no-one else around, that left us late for airport, been to phuket 13 times , never any problems , stayed here as it just had renov. done . think they need to do again, other people had to move

bann laimai beach resort is a scam and its not a resort!!! there is construction sites in the corridor and very dangerous elovator!!!!! the staff are lazy no one to help you with your bags!! the food in the restaurant made my daughter vomit for 1 week!!!!!!!!! and if this was a resort there would be activities and a recreation!!!!!! this "resort" is a scam and i paid the delux room and i stayed in a small room at the back of the hotel with a view to the construction and on the website it said that the view was to the pool!! over all i think Bann Laimai is a scam and i lie i would not recommend this "RESORT" to anyone!!!!!!!!
