Couples United States of America, February 21, 2013	Quiet hotel in the hills Small, quaint hotel within 10 minutes of the beach 6 this hotel is great if you want to stay in a quiet area that's still accessible to the beach area. there is a shuttle that leaves every two hours to take you to various destinations in patong bay. the rooms were adequate but could use refreshing/repair. the pool is small, but clean and a nice break from the beach. the breakfast served was marginal (5 points out of 10), but since there are no restaurants of any kind nearby, it was better than nothing. after staying near bangla road the first few nights, it was nice to have a quiet break. i hope they improve the condition of the rooms soon. we only had hot water for a brief few minutes on several occasions. the staff are friendly, but very laid back. if you miss the shuttle coming back from the beach area, it will cost about 300 baht by tuk tuk!

Groups Sweden, February 17, 2013	big disappointment good ac 3.3 arrived here for our last 6 nights i thailand. to our surprise there was no safetybox in our room, it had been removed for some unknown reason. the restaurant was never open, not even a bar for drinks and snacks. the wifi was very unstable och the tv-reception was terrible. never any hot water in the shower so you'll have no use for the bathtub. transfer to patong-beach only leaves every second hour and was delayed several times. we had to ask for toiletpaper and clean towels, almost every day. the pool was full of dirt and leafs. our room was only separated from the neighbour by a thin door, so we kept disturbing each other. Restaurant Tip: RICE, about 50 meters down the road to Patong. Had dinner there twice, nice food and good service.
