The latch at our room was spoilt, but we found it safe to stay there, so we do not request for a change of room.

• Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Rent a car or a motorbike there, you can go around the whole Phuket Island. On the other side of the island-Kata and Karon beaches are beautiful.

Distressed to find a rotten hole in the floor on arrival, staff had it fixed within the hour.

• Hotel Feature Tip : Get a room on the ground floor and next to the pool, great, live like a king and get the wife to keep the beers coming. Just kidding. She can have one too.

Very beautiful place to relax, with the most gracious staff. Book a pool suite. Close to the front but the most awesome view at night. We spent 5 days, a couple where we never left the resort (heaven). We had a pool suite, perfect view. If you want to indulge and never go in to town this is the place to do it. Top class without being over the top. I love this place and would recommend to anyone who wants to stay in Phuket but a bit away from the crowd. It is in a word perfect. Close to town but quiet.

• Travel tip : Only pay 200 baht to get back to hotel (at most).
