Nice and quiet place, near to hospitals(for medical holiday), local shops, food and services all nearby. Centre of island so transport needed, but its right on a main road so plenty of passing taxi bikes.
Great service from reception, room clean each day, very neat and clean. Free wifi in the room was excellent, aircon nice and cold.
Overall very good value, well worth staying here if you dont want to be in the heart of the tourist districts, I liked that I was living like a local almost.

Do not stay here. The staff don't speak much English and are. Very miserable and rude. The lady is very rarely in the reception so can't get advice. Very over priced. Room not cleaned properly everyday. Location is poor nothing around and when we left we booked taxi back to pattong with her 400 baht a bit steep we met another couple who wanted share. Taxii with us and she wanted to charge 800 baht for the same taxi going to the same place. Not happy.

Although the location is a little far from beaches and the tourist attractions, it's easy to get around by local bus.and its very close to the shopping malls and supermarket.
Shopping Tip:
Just take blue local bus for two stops,then you will get to the biggest shopping center on the island which is called central festival where there are various kinds of items you want.

it is a super great deal of this trip, low price with a high value room.
clean and comfort king size bed.through the location of this hotel is not good but this is why the price is that cheap. except this location issue others are so perfect.

Quiet area away from the loud nightlife , but only 15min bus ride away from the nightlife of Patong.

the hotel is very nice, with the fresh welcoming service (cold towel with nice smell). it was so refreshing. the room is not so big but not so small either.
it's also near to motorcycle rent place. and exactly next to the hotel is seven eleven.

might be a bit far away, depending on what you want to do in Phuket. For me it was close to where I was working. Great noodle soup right outside the hotel and 7/11 next door all very handy.
