Great Location and Friendly Staff

Hotel staff fluent in English and friendly. Our room is spacious with a King-size bed and has a long balcony although there's no view. Improvements need to be done for the toilet accessories. Swimming pool is a little small.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Hotel is about 30mins (by walking) to Patong Beach but you wil enjoy the walk as it overlooks the seaside and there are shops by the roadside. Outside the hotel they have makeshift stalls selling streetfood and is a MUST TRY!

Great hotel & good service
The pool was nice and everything was very clean

the staff was very friendly, the rooms were quite large and very clean. the only downside was the hotel was about 25 min away from the main downtown shopping/beach area. the hotel does offer a shuttle service every 4 hours- but we had a bit of trouble with him not showing up.

Where do i start???
Location = 5 minutes from the busty, loud and busy side of Patong Beach(by scooter that is).
Room = Good sized clean room and definitely odour free, unlike what I've read so far. (The room i had at least)
Staff = Friendly and helpful sums it up.
Value = Can't complain...not at all... :)
Environment = Lovely, small and quiet hotel with a great pool...

I stayed for a total of 3 weeks and love the location ...away from all the madness of Patong but with the beach 50m away and the countryside opposite.....transport is at the door and only a 20 min walk to Bangla rd and many beach walks too.Reception and management are fantastic and ready to help with any requests....there are many different nationalities with the guests which ads to the fun.Many restaurants are a short walk along the seashore

We've stay at The Bamboo Beach Hotel & Spa hotel for 6 days 5 night, the breakfast buffer almost the same food & beverage, a bit boring, but the staffs there are very friendly with a smiling face. Room water heater not so good, the shower tap stand was a bit problem.
Swimming pool is very nice in the evening.
