Please be informed that the hotel can only be reached by boat. Guests arriving at Phuket International Airport can book a roundtrip boat transfer for an additional charge payable directly at the resort. The schedule boat transfer is from Chalong Pier at 9:00 am, only one trip per day. The meeting point is The Lighthouse Restaurant. Guests can also choose to take the private boat from Chalong Pier to Raya which is available from 8:00 am - 4:00 am. Guests will need to pay on the spot for the service. **Note that transfer fee is inclusive of transporation from the pier to the hotel for Kata/Karon and Patong Area.

This is an old tired hotel. staff were friendly when you could find them, poor communication skills, internet hardly worked. our expectation for the $ we were paying were higher. Pool however was good.
