I was greeted by a very cheerful staff upon my arrival and the check-in took a few minutes. I arrived pretty late at night and the staff was quick to get me settled in. However, the jacuzzi was not functioning and my door key was faulty. They rectified this quickly the next day. The hotel is a few minutes walk from Bangla Street, which is really convenience after a long night of partying. There is also a convenience store 'Family Mart' for you to purchase personal items quickly. Good location, good service :)

Via Agoda obtained luxery Jacuzzi room , efficient and friendly check in , eleavator , good clean room , 3 star at least , not the 2 advertised, excellent shower pressure , quite room , great buffet breakfast included in the low price , staff affectionately named me Papa , wanted to know my daily plans and a debrief , hands on assistance from 4 caring staff when suffered heat stroke , chief recptionist checked my health and happiness several times a day , I overfilled Jacuzzi ans staff apologised for my mess , short 5 minute walk to Bangla nightlife , good pool/billiard bar downstairs stays open till morning , would stay no place else

A mixed feeling!
Close to Jungceylon Mall, big bathroom, comfortable room

This hotel is situated along a small road full with hotels and bars. Directly behind the hotel is Jungceylon Mall. So going to the mall is very close. The bars and restaurants all operate still early in the morning like 5-6am. We stayed at the 5th floor and we could hear all music, parking attendent shouting, people screaming etc. So if you are light sleeper, this isn't the location for you. You can try asking for even numbered rooms as these doesn't face the noisy street.
It is also very close to Bangla Rd, where all the bars, clubs, beer joints are. Patong beach is like a 5minute walk away, via Bangla Rd.
Rooms are adequately furnished. Only thing not provided is hand towels.

Great nightspots near famous Blanga road and shopping centres

Hotel staffs are warm and helpful. Nearby has 7-11 and across the streets, great shopping centres and stalls around the area. only 10 mins walk to Patong Beach so pretty accessible.
Shopping Tip:
Shop at stalls or shopping centre as prices at Airport is 2-3times more expensive.
