We enjoyed our stay here for four nights. The street-side reception area of the hotel looks fairly ordinary but the chalets behind are a surprising oasis of calm and beautiful vegetation. The lily ponds are very pretty and the greenery hides the two rows of chalets and offers guests a degree of privacy. Sheets and towels changed daily; everything kept very clean. Breakfast was good - lots of fresh fruit, and they were happy to serve it early on two of our mornings there as we were going off on a trip and then to the airport.
We would recommend staying here if you are looking for a quiet spot.

bangtal beach chalet is perfrect even it's not a big hotel, there're only 8 rooms in it, so it's very quiet. besides, the staffs are very very very nice and helpful. if you would like to take a break, bantao beach chalet of bangtao beach is pretty good.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Bangtal beach only has beautiful and peace beach, no shopping mall, no much bar or seafood.

I can't seem to find the right words to express my feelings about our Phuket experience last week. My husband and i had so much fun, and we truly experience Thailand as the land of smiles. We were particularly happy about the chalet that we stayed at, it was always kept clean and we loved the ambiance..... the services, all the help, all the friendly and helpful staff even with the extra queries we kept on asking the front desk team. Never once we had a problem. Everything was all in order and we couldn't stop raving about the Chalet's greatness to our friends. Should we have the opportunity to visit Phuket again, we would totally love to stay at the Bang Tao Beach chalet again. Thank you. Thank you. Thaaaaank you!
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Bang Tao beach where the chalet is located are quite far from all the hustle and bustle of Patong beach and all the common Phuket places of interest. You will need to book a taxi. So if you are looking for a quick walking distance to the 'party' scene of Phuket, you might not like the chalet. It is more for you who prefer a lay-low-quiet type getaway.

nice hotel with free standing chalets - very nicely decorated and the gardens are lovely too. as its muslim run, no alcohol is permitted next to the pool though. bangtao beach is pretty average very busy

we have stayed in many hotels over the years and this small 10 room hotel had some of the best rooms we've ever seen. the rooms were immaculately clean and surperbly designed. everything was very well thought out and they never missed a thing as far as room ammenities go. i have worked in the hotel business for 9 years previously and i know that the small usually unnoticed details make a huge difference in a hotel and this place knew that spot on. they go as far as having tiny fish swimming in a planted pot to ensure mosquitoes don't lay eggs in the still water the plant needs. really one of the most beautiful and well though out places i've ever stayed.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
From bangtao beach it's better and cheaper to rent a car/jeep and drive yourself around than to take a taxi. We took a taxi to the night market the next beach over and it cost us 500 thb, then a few days later we rented a jeep and went all the way to patong and back and had use of it for 24 hrs for the same 500 thb.

This small hotel was the best place we stayed on our 1 month Malaysia/Thailand trip. The rooms were beautiful and well thought out, as they had everything you need in them. The staff was very friendly and very helpful and whomever trained staff and designed this hotel really knew what they were doing. This is the kinda place that because it's small and not on the beach doesn't get the attention it truely deserves. I looked at the Best western premier as well and I'm even happier after seeing my room at the Bangtao beach Chalet that I chose it instead. Way to go guys keep up the good work, I wish every hotel I stay in could even be half as good.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Phuket is over rated, we've been to all the top spots in thailand now and Phuket is over priced and not nearly as nice as other places in thailand, but if you want to go to phuket stay at the Bangtao beach Chalet.

We loved Bangtao Beach and the chalets are just a two minute walk. The cottage and breakfast were very basic but all that we needed.

if you prefer to have quite and spend more times for yourself, to have relax and quite, you may consider this chalet. it is only about 1 to 3 minutes walking distance to bangtao beach.
it is inconvenience to find more variety to find good foods. if you prefer halal foods, you may want to consider this chalet.
