The villa is fantastic. A wonderful staycation for family & friends. Easy accessibility to town area by taxi as there's a taxi stand just outside the villa. Report this review
John T. Groups Singapore, May 21, 2013	Spacious, Luxurious and Clean Private pool and Private BBQ pit 9 The staff were very friendly and helpful. Especially the manager, she provided us with a folder containing all essential information and a pre-paid phone that we can use to call for services or other thailand numbers. The villa has spa and gym facilities. They also provide BBQ and massage services at very reasonable prices considering that they are conducted in the comfort of the villa. The only downside is the location of the villa at the Bangtao area instead of Patong area. However, a two-way cab can be arranged. There is also a Tesco Lotus Supermarket just 5 minutes walk from the villa to replenish daily necessities. I would strongly recommend the villa for travelers whose purpose is to relax and spend the time away in a quiet and uninterrupted environment. If you want to be in the centre of the happenings in Patong, then the inconvenience of the location may become an issue. Report this review

Private pool, free airport transfer, lovely staff 9.3 The villas are awesome for couples or families for a quiet break away in Phuket. Only 30 minutes from the airport and great free airport transfers are included. The staff are very helpful and welcoming and couldn't do more for you. The villas are fantastic, the one bedroom villa is enormous, modern and light, with a full kitchen. You are given a cell phone upon check in with free minutes to call taxis, order food etc. The Black Cat Cafe delivers very good Thai food and is very reasonable. There is one cheap Thai restaurant across the road (no alcohol. Free wifi and water too. Only 10 mins walk to Tesco for cheap beer and wine! To be aware of - the location may not suit everyone as it is about 15 minutes walk to Bangtao Beach (not many restaurants). Report this review

From the airport, take the main airport road (basically follow the traffic) and turn left onto route 4026. Turn right to the south at the traffic lights (about 5K from the airport) onto route 402. Continue along the main road to Thalang Village (2nd set of traffic lights). Turn right towards Surin Beach; route 4030. About 5K down this road there is a set of lights, turn left. At the next set of lights, turn right (Cherngtalay Police Station is on your left at this intersection); route 4025. Continue on this road to the Lotus-Tesco supermarket, turn right. The Residence Retreat & Spa is on the right hand side about 300 metres from Lotus
