The best place to stay in Phuket!
I love their spa! They have a jacuzzi, sauna and steam room that can be used everyday for FREE

We enjoyed our stay in this hotel, the staff was very accomodating, and is very much willing to assist you with anything you need. Their english is easy to understand. The beach is only 2mins walk away! :)
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
If you want to go island hopping book it outside the hotel, you'll find a lot of tourist center outside the hotel which offers the same package for half the price! :)

Lovely place for a relaxing holiday
Great swiming pools on either side of the lobby. The location was excellent - Across from the beach but in a little so you don't get the noise in the street.

We liked our holiday at this hotel. We would like to have received a map locating all your food and beverage outlets. Didn't what you had or where to find them. Spent most of our time and money outside the hotel. It rained quite a bit and the hotel supplied big umbrellas to everyone. The rooms were clean and the staff were very helpful and polite.
I would certainly come back to this hotel as we did enjoyed our stay there.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
We took advantage of the free trip from the hotel to Puket. As it started to rain when we arrived we took a tuk tuk and the driver showed us around the area for a very small price. Well worth doing as it would be difficult to see much on foot.

The staff are amazing! It's a great setting with the service to back it up!

We loved the atmosphere here- everyone was friendly and made our stay easy. The staff were very accomodating at all times and we made friends with quite a few of them!!!! My husband lost his wedding ring and the helpful staff spent 2 hours helping us look for it (we found it eventually) after they had finished their shift! Great people, great service, we will be back again!!!!

We stayed at Banthai for ten nights.The staff were friendly,very helpful and there was always a smile.Hotel in a great location walking distance to beach shopping and nightlife.What more could you ask for?Even the lady at the tour desk was fantastic we had a problem on the night of our outing and she changed it for us,to another time suitable.

The Banthai resort is in the heart of patong great for shopping.It has 3 pools and the facilities are very modern.We found the room to be slightly dated compared to the outside of the resort but they were in the process of updating rooms while we were there.

Overall a good place to stay. Some control needed to quell noise from rugby league teams or groups skylarking in the pool all day long.
Restaurant Tip:
Found best place to eat was the Patong Seafood restaurant.

This was the second time we stayed at the hotel. Its location is great across from the beach, plenty of bars and restaurants nearby and close to Bang-la Road but its not on your doorstep so fairly quite hotel. There was renovations going on while we were there but they were not a problem. The breakfast is good so its worth going for an inclusive package. There were 3 pools but compared to April when it was very hot in Phuket the water temperature was pretty cool.
Rooms are spacious and clean but beds are a bit on the hard side and TV signal was poor.
Service is efficient and friendly.
Nightlife Tip:
Two Irish Bars - Mollies and Finnigans Wake both have good bands that pay a range of good music and do requests.
