A really great hotel in a perfect location, it’s a well maintained and comfortable place to stay in Patong. The pool area is a nice place to unwind and take in a cocktail at the swim up bar after a day at the beach or shopping road. Location suits both families and couple as there is no shortage of places to eat and paly after hours and it is just far enough away from the bars to be peaceful at night.
Shopping Tip:
If you enjoy wine, take a trip to Wine Connection in the Jungceylon shopping centre.

I would definitely stay at this hotel again. I was pleasantly surprised when we pulled up to see how nice it was since we had gotten it for such a good price. The rooms were nice and spacious. The location was great, off the beach enough so that you didn't have all the noise but you're still right there in the heart of everything. I would definitely recommend this to anyone going to Patong Beach.
Restaurant Tip:
A few streets down is this great restaurant called Smile Restaurant (or cafe). It's owned by an Aussie and both the service and food were excellent. In addition, the prices were great! We ate there a few times during our stay.

Not so good as expected
swimming was great, not crowded at all as individual buildings have their own pool.

Location of the hotel was good, the building we stayed in was quiet and the pool was great as it wasn't too crowded. The only few things was that the early check in we requested wasn't given and we had to wait till 2.45pm until we could check in as they said they were repairing our ac in the deluxe room... the start of my holiday was ruined upon hearing this as we were so worried that the ac in the room will break down in the middle of the night and we will need to wait for a transfer... i guess this hotel is a little overpriced and the standard isn't too good.
Nightlife Tip:
You just need to walk out from the small street from the hotel to the main road, turn right and walk about 8 - 13 mins to bangla road where the bars are at.

Great quiet location to all busy busy Phuket has to offer.All the rooms seem to have a pool view and rooms are very comfortable in layout. Found this booking to be value for money and much better not having the breakfast included as you can access breakfast close by if you don't want to pay for the hotel's. The additional restaurants and bars associated with Banthai are added bonuses
Hotel Feature Tip:
Avoid staying in the block that is close to the nightly entertainment at the associated restaurant. Try for a room level 3 and up if not booking a pool access room.

The hotel is beautiful, peaceful.
The location of the hotel is at the central of the patong beach,It's just 3mins walk, you are at the beach.Just ouside the hotel there is Mcdonald and Watson you can get everything just outside the hotel. Our room is just beside the pool, we enjoy the beautiful pool and surrounding. I like the hotel because there is no tour groups staying there, it's only family or couple staying at the hotel that gives us lots of quiet peaceful days.

I was expecting from Thailand to be cheap, but in Phuket is like in Europe, prices are very high and street markets and Taxi think they can ask any price they want, very high and none proportional. you are even tired to bargain when they start so high.
Shopping Tip:
Don't buy anything in Phuket, all shopping can be made in Bangkok, as the prices are reasonable there.

This hotel is well maintain. It has a good location with restaurants and shopping area withing walking distance. Patong beach is just across a small road. The room is spacious and nice. Especially the balcony is facing the pool. Hotel lobby modern and hotel staff are friendly and helpful
