The TV didn't work properly for the first 5 days of our 7 night stay. The cost of extending the check out time was more than what I paid for a whole day.I thought it was a bit dirty.
Overall the location and security at the hotel were great. I would stay again however book an additional nights accomodation and use it for late check out.

The banthai is a fantatsic place to stay. Very central to Patong Beach and a short walk to the night life. Very clean and would stay again. Reception staff extremely helpful breakfast was great and catered to different needs. Staff at the resort were able to help with any questions or concerns that you had and if they didnt know they would find out for you.

Fantastic hotel. Supurb location, 200mtrs to the beach if that. STAFF were amazing. Wonderful smiling reception where you were offered a cold towel and yummy drink.
The breakfast buffet was incredible. Beautiful setting. Once again great staff. The omelet chef had loads of character & put on a great show.
The pools & all of the water features with all of the surrounding greenery were just beautiful. Very tranquil.

Hotel is clean, nice and easy access to nearby happening areas and beach. Staffs are friendly and professional, attend-able to you most of the time when u need them. Excellent amenities in room and nice pool access. Love the free upgrade given and thank you so much. Definitely will come again.
Nightlife Tip:
Bangla road is just 5 mins away.

spent 5 nights here, had a great time. so close to beach and shops. little expensive but your paying for location and service. we went to phi phi for 2 nights after and came back n they allowed us to leave bags at hotel for a day while we waited for flight, and they organised our transportation to airport without hesitation. staff were fantastic

The hotel is at excellent location. Near Patong beach and convenience. Hotel is very nice with good privacy.

Good location, near to Patong Beach. Just bring along with towel then you can go to the Beach. Good resturants are all around. Nice hotel with very high privacy. Security is good and the hotel will make up the room twice per day. You will have a very clean and tidy room when you back to the room. Excellent service with resonable price. I will go there again.
