Fantastic hotel. Supurb location, 200mtrs to the beach if that. STAFF were amazing. Wonderful smiling reception where you were offered a cold towel and yummy drink.
The breakfast buffet was incredible. Beautiful setting. Once again great staff. The omelet chef had loads of character & put on a great show.
The pools & all of the water features with all of the surrounding greenery were just beautiful. Very tranquil.

Hotel is clean, nice and easy access to nearby happening areas and beach. Staffs are friendly and professional, attend-able to you most of the time when u need them. Excellent amenities in room and nice pool access. Love the free upgrade given and thank you so much. Definitely will come again.
Nightlife Tip:
Bangla road is just 5 mins away.

spent 5 nights here, had a great time. so close to beach and shops. little expensive but your paying for location and service. we went to phi phi for 2 nights after and came back n they allowed us to leave bags at hotel for a day while we waited for flight, and they organised our transportation to airport without hesitation. staff were fantastic

must do james bond island and phi phi ley

Very good location and nice hotel !
The hotel is at excellent location. Near Patong beach and convenience. Hotel is very nice with good privacy.

Good location, near to Patong Beach. Just bring along with towel then you can go to the Beach. Good resturants are all around. Nice hotel with very high privacy. Security is good and the hotel will make up the room twice per day. You will have a very clean and tidy room when you back to the room. Excellent service with resonable price. I will go there again.

The hotel itself is beautiful and the location is very nice. The staff should be more developed. There are always misunderstanding and miscommunication. The pool view room is very noisy and busy. There is no privacy in this room because people making the noise and can see everything in your room. There is no different between upgraded room or standard room.

A relatively expensive hotel considering the conditions of the hotel. Bad sound proof as you could hear your neighbouring units loud n clear.

A wonderfully relaxing haven.
A quiet hotel off the busy streets of Patong Beach. We liked the spacious feeling to the foyer and the open plan modern aspect. The staff were very courteous and checking in was accompanied by a refreshing cocktail and cool fragrant towels. The deluxe hotel room we booked opened straight onto the poolside and this made the view extremely pleasing.

We stayed at the hotel during the Chinese New Year holiday. We were pleased to say that the staff were very polite and friendly, nothing was too much trouble, service was prompt and efficient. We ate in the hotel restaurant and also by the poolside, the thai food was well presented and tasty. Wine and beer were expensive, although there was a Happy Hour every evening in the lobby bar. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely return to visit the hotel in the future.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Excellent location, as the hotel itself is very peaceful but you are really close to the centre of Patong Beach, shopping, beach and night life.

Good positioned hotel
Good position back from busy road,opposite Patong beach. 3 large swimming pools, plenty of sunbeds. Friendly staff

Very large hotel,plenty of facilities.Staff very friendly. Good position,back from busy road so no traffic noise,& limited bar noise, but only mins from Patong beach.Large breakfast room& large outside eating area with entertainment nightly.Next too all major shops,restaurents,clubs etc. 24 hr security on entrance gate. Parking facilities for hire car.
Travel tip:
Sunbeds on beach can be reserved by very friendly boys.
