Good situation, next of all in Patong, easy to go anywhere! Charming, nice, elegant, many details different than others hotels, secutity, good breakfast. Cleaning room services sometimes not at 100/100.

The hotel staff should be trained to understand and communicate in simple English.
The service is quite slow if you require quick check out. Because of the spaciousness of the place, it does not appear that there is adequate security. My family and I enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location is very accessible to the beach and the eating and entertainment areas. In particular, we liked the design, the ambience and the swimming pools. The staff were also courteous.
We will come back to his hotel again if we visit Phuket again - a conducive place for families. One note for improvement would be the communication skills of the hotel staff and increased security as the place is very spacious

Lovely manicured grounds with a fabulous pool. All very quiet amongst the noise of Patong. Staff very friendly
Nothing really. Just the usual bit of comminication, language barrier but that is the norm everywhere so as a traveller you just deal with it
Loved this hotel. Room was spacious and clean. Grounds immaculate with lovely pools. All very quiet too from our room which was on the 4th floor over looking one of the pools

This is my 2nd time staying here and it was just as good as the last time. Great location a few minute away from either the beach or the action. If you need some time to relax away from the crowd then the pool bar is perfect for you. Drink prices aren't much different than anywhere else in Patong so that's helpful as well. The only downside to the place is that the food isnt great and you don't get breakfast included in the rate. Though just outside of the hotel there are more than enough Western/local places to eat.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : If you can make your way up to the Simlian islands for a dive trip. It is very far away but worth it.

Location, Staff was helpful, balcony facing pool for every room was fantastic, pool bar staff was fun & helpful. no breakfast included in price of hotel, firm beds but not as bad as most of the Thailand hotels. Great location, staff was friendly & helpful, balcony facing pool best selling point, pool bar was fun & kid friendly, hotel was clean, safe, even had late check out for no further charge. We would stay here again and again, plus it was the same price at the Holiday Inn and in a better location.
Hotel Feature Tip : they have board games at the pool bar that were fun!

Very soft and good beds. Nice staff, nice place.perfect place to start a holiday. close to beach, and close to nice restaurants. tuktuks to even more nicer beaches to a low cost, with pick up after sunset. wery friendly staff, good bar and Irish pub connected to hotel. nice pools, and perfect situated.
Hotel Feature Tip : Try to take a tuktuk to lagoona area and go to Tatonka Restaurant

Situated in the centre of Thaveewong Rd, Patong Beach. Friendly staff, modern facilities. Gym needs more equipment (has only a few cardio & weight machines)
You need to get a chair by the pool early.
Internet sold by the hour. Clean, well maintained hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Central to most things in Patong
Restaurant Tip : Head to the Chiangrai Seafood restaurant located at 51 Rat-U-Thit, off Bangla Road. Seafood is great and they do an excellent yellow curry chicken. About 5 minute walk from hotel.

Central location, lovely pool with swim up bar, very clean and nice rooms. Only criticism is that the staff tried to rip us off with "happy hour" drinks. Happy hour is 6-7pm with 30% discount. We drank during this time and went to pay at 7.05pm and were told that the discount did not apply because we didn't pay during happy hour, so watch out! But they fixed it when we had a whinge!! Would recommend this hotel to anyone. It is located right on the beach near everything you need, however you hear none of the outside noise of Patong. It is far superior to most other hotels and is guarded by tourist police. Apart from the happy hour problem we had, the staff were lovely and play games like jenga with you at the swim up bar.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Don't get ripped off by taking a tuk tuk to major attractions. They take you there for a cheap price, but the staff at the attraction charge you a lot more and pay the tuk tuk driver for bringing you. After they got their kickback, our tuk tuk driver abandoned us in the middle of nowhere, where other tuk-tuk drivers were charging 10 x the normal price to take us home!!!

fairly compact & efficiently designed (not a very sparwling hotel but maximum facilities in minimum space), well maintained, good pool side & landscaping, cozy room interiors, good housekeeping, fairly good english speaking reception staff slow check-in, welcome drink tastes as a sugar syrup, toilets are cluttered with basin area outside in the room, lots of problems with the entertainment system installed on the TV-Very few free to air channels, not a prompt service from the guest service, no dental/ shaving kit, only minimum essential requirements Patong beach is filthy and far too commerciallized to have a calm holiday stay, but still if you want to remain in proximity to the Bunglow road night life & street shopping at beach road, and also want a reasonable stay, BanThai is the best bet! it gives you good respite from the hustle & bustle outside giving quiet,calm & cozy interiors to have a relaxing holiday reading books on the pool side!...but do not expect a lot of pampering! service is not very prompt and can not be called excellent, at the same time not disappointing altogether!

clean, balcony in every room, nice pool, very short walk to the beach, convenient to everything. a beautiful beach resort. this was my secoond stay here after 3 years and the condition has not changed. love the location because it's a very short walk to the beach and all the hot area of patong. they have 3 very relaxing pool with a bar inside the pool so you can enjoy a cocktail while sitting inside the water. the only thing that i didn't like is the fact that you have to pay for the internet.

location, security, 3 pools. room standard, bathroom design and smell, Staff performance, Exp internet which is slow. Staff were friendly upon arrival. They take you to a room and give you welcome drink and towel. Then asked if we wanted a smoking/non smk room and I said yes as Im a smoker but they coulnt provide us one so why ask in first place. Once we settled in our room I was in the middle of changing when 2 staff knocked few times on the door before barging in our room to give us welcome fruit while Im half naked, we found it very rude as they didnt wait for us to open it. Bathroom had that really strong stench smell. Hotel taxi ripoff better to call meter taxi to go to/from airport. Internet is 500baht for an hr which has the slowest or no connection when using laptop in room. Other than that the resort is peaceful with good security and you cant beat the location as it is close to all food places, beach a min away, walking distance to bangla rd and jungleceyon. Would only stay again just for the location, but you'd find better deals elsewhere.
Restaurant Tip : There are lot of seafood places with a lot of selections at better prices. The port had not much to offer. For breakfast go elsewhere along the beach rd @ 300baht for buffet
For cheap internet go to bangla rd @ 2baht per min.

clean, convenient location, quiet and good customer service weird shower design, doesn't include breakfast We stayed at Banthai beach and spa for 4 nights. It is a nice hotel. The room is clean, simple, quiet and has a balcony. The receptionists are friendly and speaks good English. There are swimming pools but we didn't use. It looks nice. We are happy with our staying at this hotel.
Nightlife Tip : Bangla road is only couple blocks away.
