Amazing pool villa for couples

My stay was very nice. It could have been nicer if it wasn't for 2 external factors:
- We were unlucky - it was cloudly the whole weekend during our stay
- There are too much mosquitoes
Due to the lagoons nearby, you just can't avoid having mosquitoes. The hotel does provide a can of spray and other equipments to keep mosquitoes outside your room. Make sure you use them early enough before you get bitten by mosquitoes!

relaxing but not quite the standard I am used to

pleasant and attentive staff, slightly disorganised systems poor central kitchen ran food options , chaotic and holiday camp feeling breakfast. Tamarind excellent ( ate 3 times there) not quite 5 star , room dusty and beds never quite made properly. dirty cloudy spa pool with room that I would not use , rooms are old and tired (A/c leaked all over bathroom one night !) with very dated electronics. too far from beach . Hotel is simply too big to feel special and relaxed and tranquil.

Not worth the price charged. pay just for the bran
big compound with nice landscape.

Just an experience to acknowledge that we pay overcharged price for the brand, not the value. Kitchen leakage, safe no bettary(and not attend to it), etc.
But the staff are friendly and nice.
