Families with older children United Kingdom, April 10, 2013	relaxing but not quite the standard I am used to staff, gardens and location 6.7 pleasant and attentive staff, slightly disorganised systems poor central kitchen ran food options , chaotic and holiday camp feeling breakfast. Tamarind excellent ( ate 3 times there) not quite 5 star , room dusty and beds never quite made properly. dirty cloudy spa pool with room that I would not use , rooms are old and tired (A/c leaked all over bathroom one night !) with very dated electronics. too far from beach . Hotel is simply too big to feel special and relaxed and tranquil.

Kitchen leakage, safe no bettary(and not attend to it), etc. But the staff are friendly and nice.

Families with older children Germany, January 29, 2012	Fantastic Ressort - by all means Ressort, Service, Faciilties 9 I think that most superlatives have been used for this hotel and I can only concur. The ressort is simply amazing, staff as friendly as Thai can be, the service is astonishing and the facilities (golf, spa, tennis, various pools, restaurants) are sublime. We rented a pool villa ...a perfect choice. It all comes at a high price but it is worth every cent! Hotel Feature Tip: Try the vietnamnese-french restaurant at the lakeside. Amazing food.

This can be arranged easily by concierge, but you have to ask. It's first class, and everything is geared to your wnts and needs! Sightseeing/Attractions Tip: They were good trying to accomodate our diving requests, and also found us some wonderful restaurants off property that were unique and excelent.

Families with older children Japan, May 29, 2011	また誘われる本格的リゾートスタッフの対応が最高。食事も美味しい。 7.7 以前から行きたいデスティネーションの一つでした。期待感をもってお邪魔させていただきましたが、期待を裏切ることなく最高のシチュエーションでした。願わくばシティなどへのアクセスがもっと便利ならば、といったところですが、シティに行くこと自体リゾート滞在に反してるかもしれませんね。ただ惜しむらくは室内にて癒し音楽CDをライブラリーにて求めたところ無くて残念でしたね。あとリゾート内での注意書きが韓国語、中国語表記がありましたが日本語表記なく、国力の衰えを感じさせられました。
Chunli C. Families with older children Taiwan, June 16, 2012	特大的別墅環境優美 9.3 普吉島我們是第一次去，以前已經去過十幾趟岜里島及清邁，這次到普吉島的印象很好，天氣晴朗、涼爽，整體環境比岜里島乾淨。 Banyantree我們已經住過岜里島的，也住過曼谷的，感覺都很好，雖然特色不像四季或安縵，但服務對華人來說，似乎多了一分親切感。值得。 Sightseeing/Attractions Tip: Banyantree開發了一整個Laguna區，所以進飯店前最好先到超市購足日月品及零食、飲料，然後再舒舒服服地住進去。
Chunli C. Families with older children Taiwan, June 16, 2012	很大的別墅很舒適的空間 9.7 我們去過岜里島十幾趟了，第一次到普吉島。感覺自然環境差不多，但比較乾淨，氣候也較涼爽。我住過的悅榕都很棒，雖然沒有四季及安縵的特色，但以設施的舒適性、現代化，是比較好的。

Families with older children South Korea, August 23, 2012	너무나 리조트 다웠던 최상의 리조트 직원들의 써비스와 배려 9.3 신혼여행 후 다시 찾은 반얀트리.. 물론 신혼여행은 빈탄 반얀트리 이번엔 푸켓 반얀트리.. 두 리조트의 지리적 특성이 다소 틀려서..푸켓 반얀트리는 관광특성이 다소 많다고 할 수 있습니다. 둘 모두 훌륭한 직원서비스와 마인드 그리고 투숙객들에 대한 배려를 가지고 있습니다. 또한, 조식 또한 훌륭하구요. Hotel Feature Tip: 첫번째 묵었던 Two-Bed Room Pool빌라의 유일한 단점은 모기 때문이었어요. 다음에 푸켓 반얀트리를 찾으실땐 참조하세요. Two-Bed Room Pool빌라는 골프장 바로 옆에 위치해 있습니다. 그래서, 저녁이면 모기 때문에 문을 열기가 어렵습니다. Room위치 검색해보시고, 골프장에서 떨어진 Room이나, 해변에 가까운 One-Bed Room Pool빌라가 더 좋을 것 같아요.
