Chua J. Couples Singapore, August 27, 2010	Complete relaxing trip~ It's just a few mins walk to Patong Beach and night life at Bangla Road. Too tired to walk? Can always rent a motorbike! Hotel is quiet and there's convenient stores just few steps away!! It's my 2nd stay and I really like this simple stay!~ 9.7 This is my 2nd trip to Phuket and my 2nd stay at Baramee. Surrounding is really quiet and peaceful no matter during day or night. Though hotel not very advance but I simply don't need high tech hotel to get the same kinda comfy. Got bed, got sofa and balcony~ really good enough for me to relax myself! Love it very much

Couples United States of America, March 17, 2010	OK First and last shuttle stop in and out of the beach town of Patgong. 7.7 The hotel is in fairly good condition on a very busy road (although we didn't hear the road noise). The pool is very small, but clean. The internet is extremely expensive compared to everywhere else. You're about a mile from the action. The breakfast is good, with eggs made to order. The staff is good too (except they're not very helpful when it comes to making a local phone call for you - rather insisting you pay 30B per minute.
Xia L. Solo travelers China, March 15, 2010	50m to Sea Shore Nice and tidy, 50m to the sea shore. Breakfast is full of choice. 7.3 Baramee Resortel is basically nice and tidy. There are only 4 twin bedrooms in this 4-floor hotel. The rest are all double-bed rooms. So you must make sure the room type you booked before you check-in, if you want bedroom with 2 beds. Breakfast is good, including salads, fried meats and vegetables, fried rice, pasty and bakery, as well as fresh fruits... FamliyMart and SevenEleven convenience shops are opposite to the hotel. Shopping/Dining is recomended to Juncceylon Shopping Mall, or Shopping Paradise near Marriott Hotel, 200BHT one way by Tuk Tuk. Restaurant Tip: NO.9 restaurant opposite to Baramee Resotel is very crowded, good at set meal around 200BHT, but taste is just so so. By 15mins walking to P.S. Hotel, the food is nice and cheap.

Families with young children Indonesia, December 18, 2009	Definitely not a 4 Star -Clean Room -Accommodating Staff -Varied breakfast selection - Elevator provided -Safe box provided in the lobby, though secured with flimsy keys 5 It was listed as 4 stars, definitely needs correction. From the facade, the hotel looks inviting. Lobby is open-air but well maintained, minimalist design. Upon directed to our room, which was on the second floor, we passed through the swimming pool which is small but efficient for poolside reading. However, to our dismay , the view to our opposite was not resort-like, there were dilapidated hotels, and old buildings. Room was clean, but patio was the worst ever, as it was facing yet another house with dirty wall. an unfortunate incident, as we found a centiped within our bathroom. Overall, a clean hotel but definitely not a 4 stars...

Its just 2 mins from the beach and breakfast offered was nice with a decent variety. 9 The location, food, comfort and service were all good. They are bit commercial, if u ask for any info abt taxi or tour they wud like to sell theirs instead of providing you the info. but still they are cooperative in other ways. Next time i would certainly consider this hotel before considering other options. Travel tip: The Tour operator right in front of the hotel beside seven eleven Ms. Lamduang is a very nice lady. She provided us a phi phi full day tour for 3200 baht for a couple on speed boat on vip group. The tour was indeed very good. Seven Eleven is great, the flavoured Milk there is awesome. Jungceylon and bang-la road is around 15 mins walking distance from hotel. dont take taxi or tuk tuk they charge 150-200 bucks aint worth it. Just walk down the road its only 15 mins from the left of the hotel.

Solo travelers Hong Kong, October 09, 2009	Fair value good location, fair price, friendly staff 7 The hotel locates at some distance from the Town Centre (Junceylon), approximately taking 15 - 20 minutes walk. Convenient stores and laundry shops are at close proximity (less than 3 minutes walk). The only problem is that parking space is quite limited. Hotel residents had to leave their car keys so that the staff can move the cars if necessary.

Walking distance to the street market and the Jewish Beit Chabad. The personnel are very kind and helpful. The rooms fine. No rooms with connecting door, even though we asked for (a cons for a family with kids). The swimming pool is small but sufficient.
Raghavendra S. Couples India, March 30, 2009	Land of Smiling people I was very surprised to see that I have been upgraded to Deluxe SeaView Room, when I checked in. People are friendly & always smiling. Front office personnel are impressive. Breakfast was good. 8.3 Welcome drink was good, also we were very happy when told that we have been upgraded to deluxe room for the first night. but for rest of 2 nights we were in superior room, which was at the fag end of the 3rd floor without any view & not great. Deluxe room is quiet good. All rooms are clean & modern. Shower/bathroom was good. All people were always smiling when they had a eye contact - which is very impressive. Pool not very great, but clean. Travel to patong main area is 10-15 mins walk - but not a problem. Patong beach is very accessible. Entrance lobby is modern & looks good. Internet cafe is very expensive with only 2 computers, but just outside the hotel - the internet is quiet cheap. Collection of pool towels - we need to come downstairs to collect the same, whereas the pool is on 2nd floor. Hairdryer is not provided in superior room, but is available in deluxe room. DVD player is available in all rooms. Best part was - hotel staff were very friendly & their response was good. Nightlife Tip: Bangla road is the place for night life. Hiring a motorcycle for 200baht is a very good option & hotel provides the same.
