Nice hotel, lovely staff

Really nice hotel with good staff, the only thing was the pool didn't get a lot of sunlight so it was rather cold in the water.

Had a pleasant stay for the second time
Pool is very good. deluxe rooms are spacious.

Our five day stay went very well. due to our early flight, we received at the hotel around 10:30 am. policy was to check in after 1 pm, not only that we got the room keys in fifteen minutes but our room was upgraded from superior to deluxe. don' t expect a lively evening in the hotel. it becomes nearly deserted towards night... Unless you want to have a dinner with slow live music, i would suggest to dinner outside the hotel. by the way, the mattress in our room was really uncomfortable. :(
Shopping Tip:
next to the hotel there is big shopping street,although it is not very crowed.

Yeah not the greatest place ive ever stayed in, must admit, it beats the cement bag that i slept in, in pampalona 89. The main building looks ok, but they put me in the annexe which is adjacent to the hotel. I guess they mistook me for a bad person. This place is bad ..... what type of bad, real bad.
The room was small and full of creatures, the balcony was hotter than the beach, due to the collection of all the air con units from the shops below and their was more electricity cables meandering across the view than climbing ivy on my country cottage.
Not good im afraid - well the annexe that is, cant vouche for the main block
Travel tip:
Dont be put in the annexe, its bad what type of bad - you know what type ...

Good Location but a bit dated....and nolisy

We were here for 2 nights in November, coinciding with the Thai Loy Krathong festival. I wanted to be in Patong for part of our trip and this place was great value.
The hotel is good enough though there are lots of bars at the back which can get noisy late at night. The rooms are fine, with a balcony overlooking the pool area. Standard amenities.
The Budget Car Rental office is across the road and that was very convenient for us. Massage shops and the beach are 5 minutes away.
I won't stay in Patong on our next trips, but this is a decent hotel, not 5 star, but good value.

great room to stay in as it was quite at night but close to all the action, this was the second time i stayed at this hotel and the same room and would stay here again on my next trip

I request a transportation from hotel when I booked online. It's so irritating to wait at airport. Finally I took a taxi. but there is one staff at reception is really helpful and enthusiastic.
Restaurant Tip:
So many nice resteraunts around.

Nice hotel poor service

superior room we got was in a bad condition - very bad t.v. reception in the room, big black dump stain on bathroom's celling
windows of room not clean chamber maid forgot to change towels and put shampoo etc. very bad attitude of front desk staff which promised changing room but never done anything about it.dining room staff working with no gudeness.swimmig pool is very nice and the breakfast is great.

We really enjoyed our stay, as the hotel is centrally situated, so it is close to the beach and shopping as well as having all of the internal attractions such as a great pool, lounge and restaurant.

Lovely hotel in a beautiful setting

My wife and I stayed here for two nights in November 2011. We had a delux room which was very nicely presented and quite spacious with beautiful views. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definately stay here again. A great base from which to explore the Cameron Highlands.
