Nice hotel

overall we were happy with our stay at the baumanburi hotel. this was our return trip to the hotel and although we had a pleasant stay we were very disappointed with the quality of the superior rooms. my advice would be to book a deluxe room from the beginning. it is a nice big hotel, great for families with children as it has a childrens and adults pool. great location in the heart of patong.

Really nice hotel with all the rooms surrounding the huge pool. The room we stayed in was very modern. Breakfast was one of the best I have had at the many hotels I stayed at in thailand. There are plenty of staff working.. often it feels like they could fire 20 and you wouldnt notice a difference. However they are all very helpful and friendly.
Will be back to stay here if in Patong again

We spoke to the guest relations manager ( really awesome guy) he got us a personal driver for the day for like 30usd that took us around all of phuket

The band sounded like it was in our room

our room was opposite the last chance cafe, and when the band was playing it was really loud, so we watched it from the balcony.

Good things - location is excellent - rooms excellent - minimal outside noise ( music and traffic ) staff helpful and pleasant
not so good - the phone in the hallway rang constantly from around 7am - the TV in my room had very poor reception other rooms had excellent reception. I asked for it to be remedied but no-one turned up. poolside bar service was extremely slow having to wait atleast 10 minutes for every bar order.
Don't get me wrong this is a beautiful hotel with excellent staff - just a couple of things needed to be worked on to create the perfect location. 8/10

first we came in not so happy with the room that old , small but when we saw swimingppol , oh that's our dream and the food in hotel was good and reasonable price when compare to the restaurant outside in patong beach then we stayed one more night.

Great location but noisy at night

Consist of few blocks, right opposite hard rock open cafe.. Music is on til 2am during weekend.
Strong recommend for swimming pool come with jacuzzi.
