A quiet hotel in a busy resort

Stayed here for two nights. Our room was clean, tidy and spacious. The hotel is a 10 minute walk to the beach but it was good to get away from the business of the resort. Nice swimming pool area with plenty of sunbeds. Although there was a good standard of evening entertainment provided, the cost of the food and drink, plus the service charge, seemed to drive everyone away from the hotel to the cheaper restuarants in the town.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
If you want to get away from the busy resort of Patong, head for Bangtao beach which will cost about 500 thb in a taxi

Nice rooms/Average Service/Noisy/Good Breakfast

The hotel is nice, a free room upgrade was provided on the 1st night, which was spacious, street noise could not be heard. Buffet breakfast was nice, the Thai food consistently changed day to day. The hotel taxi service was excellent, we recommend the driver named Bao.
Service was always delivered with a smile, however my sister left an important telephone message with reception which was never relayed to me, and the toilet blocked and it took 3 calls to get it fixed. Music was played every evening til late (about 1am) which could be heard from the room. In the morning my partner was insulted by staff checking during breakfast if she had been "picked up" and brought to the hotel by me the previous night. Overall staff were very friendly to the extent that when we saw some staff while shopping they stopped to chat, despite the fact we hadn't formally met them before.

Hotel is in patong central to everything needed. Hotel staff helpful room very clean everthing working ! Pool great never ate there so cant comment on the food.

Good, basic hotel in good location
Good location, quite close to the beach, still peaceful area. Close to big markets. Clean rooms, very nice pool area. Wide breakfast selection. Nice, friendly staff.

we had a really nice holiday in baumanburi during our stay in phuket. hotel is very clean and in good location close to everywhere (beach, shopping, markets, bangla street), but still in peaceful area (not much noise etc). hotel breakfast is good and staff very friendly. pool area is nice, we were really satisfied about our stay!

Lovely hotel very nice room

our overall staying was very good. the room is clean and comfortble, but the head of the shower was very dirty...
the location is a bit far from the main night atraction in patong beach, but it's still only 10 minutes walk - not so bad. 2 minutes from the beach.
I would defently come back to this hotel!

Ok hotel with accetpable service

We only stayed for 2 nights, and wanted to be close to shopping etc. The location was excellent. The room was clean, but there was only a mosquito net (which was duct taped to the wall) in the bathroom which became rather noisy at night. Breakfast was Ok. Pool area was nice with good service.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Don't use the expensive Taxi service from the Hotel, grab your driver on the street instead.

Only there for one night, but found the location nice for walking to restaurants and markets.
The rooms were nice size and very clean. I was traveling with my son and his friend, the hotel staff gave us rooms next to each other which I liked. Good breakfast and nice pool area. The hotel staff checked on our pre-booked transportation which I appreciated.
Shopping Tip:
Nice market right down the street and right across from the Hard Rock with a nice store there.
