i stay with my wife and driving from kuala lumpur to phuket. it take around 14 hours tonarrive in phuket. then stay in this hotel. i like this hotel and always stay here. its located in front of hard rock cafe and near everything.

Great Hotel
loved having the pool right outside our door, reccommend to anyone to spend that little bit more and pay for pool side access. Staff are very friendly

Excellent hotel, right next to markets close to good food. One thing which had nothing to do with the hotel we had trouble with the booking office out the front of the hotel to the left so maybe stay away from that other wise was great!

A comfortable Hotel with very nice swimming pool.
Near to Patong Beach only 8 minutes walk.
Located beside Patong Top Market and 7 Eleven.
Behind of this hotel, there is a lot of bars with pretty girls dance on bar table.
I have tried walk to Bangla's Street (Walking Street), it takes only 10-15 minutes.
I suggest Super Deluxe room or Deluxe room, because it had 32 inch Lcd TV, nice bathtub, greet view to swimming pool, large room.

when i arrived my first room was on north wing and extremly noisy due to construction next door,and looked a bit run down. i complained and was moved to the centre building immediatly and the new room was of a high standard and looking over pool area. very nice so if you get the right room it is a great hotel

When I first arrived The room was dark as the curtins were drawn. After a short while i discovered my bed linen had not been changed with make-up on top cover and sheets looking like they had just been slept in. The shower glass door was falling apart and dificult to open and close.
The Gym was smelly. The breakfast lacked variety.( fruit and juice choices were limited.)
The pool was a great size but if you are prone to get bitten by mozzies don't sit near or under palm trees.
After finding the bed linen dirty I questioned the cleanliness everywhere else. Never checked out of a hotel 3 days early before.

The hotel offers very nice, clean rooms at affordable prices. The swimming pool is great, especially for kids. I would definately recommend this hotel to families coming to Patong.

Second stay at Baumanburi
The hotel is beautiful and relaxing, it has a giant pool and outdoor massage service next to the pool.

This was my second stay at this hotel because I remember how nice the hotel appeared, and the staff was exceptional last time. I was surprised that this time one of the staff members remembered me from last year and where I was from. The breakfast is very good and plentiful, and relaxing out at the pool or taking in a massage can make for a great afternoon. The only issue I had was that it is not close walking distance to the main shopping center and the main bar locations, but there is still a lot to do in that area, and a great hotel to stay during a visit to Phuket. I will definitely stay there on my next visit.
