Our stay was awesome.If you dont want to spend much money on taxis, tuktuks then this is the place to stay. centre in the heart of Patong.You can walk any where to the beach, shopping mall, seven eleven out the front door.
We were shifted to the delux suite, cause our aircon broke down. Staff where happy to move us. Breakfast was a treat.Staff was always helpful in everything. I recommend to stay in delux suite very nice and they have adjoining rooms if you ask.

probably one of the worst hotels i have stayed in
nothing was the best .. all comments lead to bad points .. only good point is the cooling system

first .. upon arival .. room was dirty .. floor filthy .. bathroom soiled .. cleaner never only restocked water once in seven days .. bathroom toiletries not provided daily .. had to ask for toilet paper .. towels not changed daily .. sadly i have no real good points for this hotel .. i would not recommend staying here .. unless you are happy with poor service ..

The hotel is really not that near to Patong where the activities were. You have to walk at least 15 mins to Jungceylon.

It was comfortable.
The large pool, the swim up bar,close to shopping areas.

It's not in my top 3 places to stay. However it was comfortable. At night you could still hear the music coming from the many smalls bars behind the resort. We had no cold water for 2 days, then the air conditioner didn't work, so they moved us to another room, but didn't give me the upgrade I asked for. The TV wasn't working and had to get it fixed. Then while coming home late one night, we were parking the motor bike when the transformer blew up and scared the life out of us and as we were settling our nerves it blew up a second time. This resulted in no power to the whole hotel. So another humid night with no air conditioner and the following morning we had to have a cold breakfast.

Hotel fine, Phuket terrible
We had two rooms overlooking the pool, which was lovely. Nice rooms with all the facilities. Breakfast was quite good.

We booked 'Superior' rooms but they were terrible, dated and smelt! I requested an upgrade and the staff happily upgraded us at a fee. Deluxe rooms were lovely overlooking the pool. Hotel was fine. Patong beach was terrible. It was crowded and dirty. Also compared with the rest of Thailand Very expensive.
