Value for money and fantastic location.
Clean, nicely decorated rooms. Breakfast included, selection of beautiful pools. Great value for money.

yes the rooms are small however the beach is directly across the road, shops, restaurants, convenience store that washes & drys your clothes for cheap right next door. markets and kebabs a 2 minute walk away.
the staff are very friendly and helpful and you must get a massage by the wonderful amazing beautiful people located at the massage place within the hotel. 75 minute massage for 450 thb!!!! incredible. they absolutely adored our daughter and we would go back again.

Our stay here was very nice once we had the right room. When we arrived the room I had booked wasn't available and so instead of a family deluxe, three of us had to sleep in a deluxe. I didn't mind so much but the receptionist tried telling me i didn't note i had a child and that's why I had a deluxe. I'm sorry but I booked a family deluxe whether I had a child with me or not. So finally after much fuss about getting the room i had paid for, we moved into it on the second night.
Overall the hotel was very clean, supplied a yummy breakfast every morning, had polite staff once we sorted out the right room and our room was serviced very well. It has an excellent location next to the beach and just a tuk tuk away from Pa tong. Nice area if you have children.
We enjoyed the pools, my partner the gym and sauna and we would stay here again and recommend it.
Shopping Tip:
go to the weekend night market. Things are even cheaper and lots of variety. Great food tasting if you like international tastings.

Big hotel but no great sea view from most rooms

Bit sad to be on the beach without a good view of the ocean. Also we were given a room next to the pool which was noisy. So not ideal for a relaxed vacation and moved to the Hilton down the road. Which was great for kids with loads of garden space to run and multiple pools etc. Having said that Baumancasa was very inexpensive and would be a good option if you are on a budget and need to be on that part of the beach.

Good hotel, good location

The hotel is in a very good location right across the Karon beach. Rooms are good, well-maintained and clean. Bathroom is clean and available with warm water. We faced problem of ants in our room. The hotel management need to take care of this problem.The breakfast was very good with quite large spread. The staff were very good, polite and efficient.Overall, we enjoyed our stay in the hotel.

Was difficult to find and when we did arrive was a building site and quite confusing as to where to go. I assume this will be recitified when building work completed. Room was excellent though

Great location but small "family'" rooms

as per my previous review this resort offers great value mid-priced hotel style rooms that can be booked at bargain prices in the low season. the buffet breakfast was fresh and diverse with a good range of asian and western options, and quality chef onhand to cook your eggs as you like. our small children were not charged any extra.
overall, we enjoyed our stay so much we extended our booking by a further three nights!
Restaurant Tip:
This resort restuarant has a quity food cooked by an excellent chef. It was not cheap (expensive by Thai standards) but the quality was high- in my opinion it was better than some of the well known highly rated local restaurants- and being able to order from poolside on the rooftop was great.

Great location but small "family'" rooms

we found the baumancasa beach resort to be well located directly across from the beautiful karon beach, family friendly and great value in the low season.
it's not a resort by international standards, but more like a feature packed mid-sized hotel. the rooftop swimming pool and bar is nice in fine weather- happy hour nightly and you can order and food from the ground level restuarant. there is a small fitness room (a bit small and lacking in equipment for the size of this hotel) and sauna available for guest use.
during low season when we visited it was expanding and in a construction phase, with additional rooms being built at the front and rear of the property. because of these two factors we got a considerable discount which made the stay great value, and the only issue with it was visual- it looked ike a half built hotel- but thankfully we didn't get construction noise as staff thoughtfully gave us a room in one of the middle buildings away from the building.
resort staff were friendly and helpful, although most a little lacking in english ability, and we did notice they were a but understaffed for the size of the hotel, which impacted on things like pool cleanliness. after four days stay i noticed the pool was quite dirty and needing cleaning. when i mentioned this the manager apologised, explaining that they were short staffed and in process of training a lot of new staff and to his credit it was promptly cleaned. other advertised things like room service were unvailable.

Choose a room on the upper floors for some nice sea views

ทำเลที่ตั้งของโรงแรมดีมาก มีที่จอดรถพอประมาณ เพียงเดินข้ามถนนก็จะพบหาดกะรนซึ่งเป็นชายหาดที่สวยงามมากแห่งหนึ่งของภูเก็ตเล่นน้ำทะเลได้ เหมาะกับการมาพักผ่อนกับครอบครัว ห้องพักสะดวกสบายมาก มีสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกครบครัน อาหารของโรงแรมรสชาติดีมาก อร่อย ราคาไม่แพง พนักงานให้บริการเป็นกันเอง น่ารักทุกคน และมีบริการอินเตอร์เน็ตฟรีด้วย ชอบมากครับ จากโรงแรมเดินทางไปหาดป่าตองหรือแหลมพรหมเทพ ประมาณ 5 - 10 นาที สะดวกมาก

สั่งอาหารของโรงแรมอร่อยมาก ปริมาณเยอะ และราคาไม่แพง โดยเฉพาะพิซซ่าหน้าบาวแมน รับรองความอร่อยครับ

酒店不错，性价比高，泳池很小晚上又不开放，也没时间去泳池玩。酒店旁边的boat noodle的泰国餐馆味道不错，价格也很便宜。酒店向前走一段路有对夫妇开车在卖水果，山竹只要20铢每公斤，物美价廉，而且你让店主帮挑，都没有买过坏掉的，很诚实。酒店对面的中餐馆味道一般，不合我们的口胃。
