My friend refer me this hotel. i like it. big room, great location, safe, and many small bar, cafe, minimarket in hotel area.
Not for traveler who wants silence at night, you can hear the bar sounds from your room until 2.00 am, but not loud.

big clean room, good location

the room is big enough for family room.
the hot water takes about 5-10 minutes to get hot in the morning.
there's no complimentary tea or coffee (hot beverages) in room minibar, and also there's no equipment to boiling water.
the receptionist very nice and beside the reception counter there's a tour so we can ask many things and she answer very nice and kind, very helpful.
the housekeeping clean up our room everyday, so our room always clean :)

My stay in Bel Aire hotel was really good. Rooms are very spacious and clean. Breakfast is ok. Staffs are very friendly and prompt. Very near to Patong beach.

Excellent value, however request a higher floor (3+) as the lower floors suffer a bit of noise pollution from the bars below.

pretty satisfying stay.
location was good, away from the noise from bangla street, yet walking distance to it, and near patong beach. near to junceylon too.
need to rent a bike in phuket. below hotel has everything, bike rentals, family mart, bars, gym (180baht per entry), booths to book for island hoping and bungee jump etc.
only disappointment is toilet water a bit slow and quite old.
i stayed in family room.

Good Location and big room

the room was big and the location was great, the only weakness is the customer service have to improve and i realize that their doesn't like to smile...but is ok for me, next time i think i will choose this hotel again.
Shopping Tip:
all the shopping are is just a walking distance only..
