Clean, affordable hotel in great location

I was travelling with my two teenage daughters, they stayed in a twin and I in a double. The rooms are fairly basic but clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful and I would not hesitate staying here again given the value it represents and its proximity to the main beach at Surin...a very special place!

On arrival we were greeted with smiles and very friendly service. The staff were always extremely helpful and nothing was a problem. Breakfast was very good each morning and very consistant.
The only thing I would say is that the shower water pressure is low but a positive to this is that there is a wonderful hairdresser next door at Mandarin Spa. I would recommend Benyada to all my friends.

We read a number of reviews on this lodge prior to booking & we found that the general consensus was that Benyada was clean, quiet, friendly & value for money. We found this to be the case. You can always find fault in things if you are looking for it (especially in 3 star accommodation) and Benyada was not perfect by any means. But it served our purpose well & was an excellent base in which to explore Phuket. If you are looking for a cheap, clean & well positioned place to stay then give Benyada a try.
Restaurant Tip:
restaurant down by the beach is a must. Don't bother with the Terrace Restaurant at Benyada Lodge - most expensive & worst meal we had in Phuket!

C'est un Hôtel en ville, l'endroit est très calme. Il n'y a pas d'ascenseur malgré les 4 étages. L'hôtel est refait à neuf depuis peu, avec un charme et une décoration très recherchée. Il y a de l'eau chaude dans la salle d'eau. La piscine est très petite, mais à vrai dire elle ressemble plus à un spa romain qui ne manque pas de charme ... Petit déjeuné simple mais bon ... rien à dire sur le personnel qui est souriant et agréable ... c'est un joli petit hôtel avec un rapport qualité-prix intéressant !!! Ne compter pas aller à la plage à pied, c'est très loin ... par contre pour le spectacle Fantasea c'est TOUT prés et à 20 minutes de l'aéroport !!!
Hotel Feature Tip:
Un conseil pour les taxis : il y en a juste en face en sortant qui sont moins chère qu'à la réception de l'hôtel ...

Snygg design på hotellet.
Mycket trevlig personal och det var ett snyggt designat hotell. Bra läge på hotell nära standen.
Lugnt läge så vi sov gott.
Bra frukostbuffe.

Hela familjen gillade detta hotell.
Mycket snygg design på hela hotellet. Underbar och hjälpsam personal. Bra städning, fräscha rum.
Hotellet låg nära Surin beach som är en relativt liten mysig strand.
Hotellet hjälpte oss att hyra moppar så vi åkte omkring och trakterna.
Annars så låg en taxi station mitt emot hotellet så det var lätt att ta sig därifrån.
Lugnt läge så det var tyst på nätterna.
Vi kan tänka oss att återvända och bo här igen.
